Coming in you get the Cajun vibe. The music is on point and totally customized to the boudin company. The staff was working hard getting yummy food out to other patrons. Very easy to place our order of an original boudin link, gumbo, flaming hot boudin balls, boudin rollers (egg rolls) and brisket Mac n cheese balls. Everything was homemade and made to order. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. Every table was dirty. Food took 20 minutes for a small order. They leave all of their food out and not in refrigeration. Over 80 boudin balls just sitting out on dirty kitchen stations with raw ingredients.
Okay as for the food…
The boudin had no seasoning and tasted like over cooked mush. I would equate the flavor of the boudin to broccoli and rice casserole. I spent about thirty dollars here and they managed to swipe my card before I looked around to notice how dirty everything was.
The food was terrible.
On top of that, you can tell safe food storage is totally disregarded.
If you’re expecting Louisiana style boudin this is not the place for you.
I also got chicken cracklins and boudin balls
The chicken cracklins were just chicken nuggets and the boudin balls were lightly filled with some cheese wiz type of filling.

Oh my goodness! Best boudin balls I have ever had! Puts Billy’s Boudin Balls in Louisiana to shame! Yummy goodness for sure. A MUST TRY! Their gumbo was also scrumptious! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. On a scale of 1 through 10, I will give them a 17! Run don’t walk!

Yall let me tell you. Hands down some of the best boudin I have had ever. The brisket Mac balls are outstanding, and the hotcheetos boudin balls are phenomenal, out of this word. Crawfish boudin links make you wanna slap ya momma. And cracklins you can hear crunching from the highway. 1000000 percent recommend coming here.

So happy this place is finally opened! The owner and staff are so friendly! I tried the Mango punch and stuffed chicken wings today they were delicious! Everything on the menu is really good! My husband had the gumbo and crawfish potato salad for both were great! We shared the bread pudding with a sauce it reminded me of a warm cinnamon roll covered with a rice pudding vanilla sauce. I felt like I was having a meal with family. We will definitely go again!!!

This was our first time stopping and we decided to try a little of everything. Wr got the boudin stuffed wings, chicken sandwich, chicken crackling, boudin balls, crayfish boudin, brisket boudin. Everything was excellent..staff was friendly as well. We ended up buying some boudin from the case. We have always seen the business and never stopped on our way to Houston. So glad we finally did.

11/10 DEFINITELY recommend. Stopped by on my way through Houston and got a link of crawfish boudin, a brisket Mac and cheese ball, and some chicken cracklins. They didn’t miss on a single item. I’m so glad I stopped here, I definitely will be stopping by again.
