When someone asks for no ketchup, please don’t wipe the ketchup off the bun … ketchup remnants remain… I took the time out of my day to swing by and spend money at your establishment. You could have given me the courtesy of giving me a properly dressed bun. #nolove

I got two burgers the second one was worse than this one. If I wasn’t so hungry I would of taken pictures of that one too. Half of the cheese was off the burger and folded up onto of the bun the wrapper was filled with little bits of onion and pickles ketchup was on the top of the bun which I am not sure how that even happens. I honestly think someone must have a corn hole tournament coming up because it looks like it was assembled from across the room.

Apparently its hard to push buttons at drive through window. Sat there for 25 minutes just waiting to talk to someone. The person taking orders took every cars order in the other lane but for some reason was not smart enough to check other. Not to mention 99% of time they cant get orders right anyway. Don’t waste time this mickey dees is TRASH.

Look at those disgusting mess. cease minute maid flavors are in the open right next to customers so they could easily slip something in because the pumps don’t even fit the bottles. And it’s right next to what looks like they’re cleaning supplies and a garbage can. You don’t know what kind of people come through here and can put something disgusting in that bottle. Don’t eat here. The staff is nice but they obviously don’t care.

Unfortunately, you have to select some type of starr but this restaurant there are people that work there that are nasty, rude and just plain outright ignorant when these people are on shift, I would not recommend going there because they screw up so many times and it’s just an all-around nasty place when these two ladies are working wanted to argue over the way a sandwich was made and this is what it look remind you, these are two different sandwiches from the same order

Staff walked away and refused take a counter order this morning directing all orders to the Kiosk only. Their several hundred thousand dollar expanded and renovated dining area was completely empty. Advised that I’ll just go elsewhere. I was told to have a “nice day.” Somewhat explains the empty dining area. Drove to the busy, well operated, managed and staffed Amherst McDonalds for excellent service. Amherst McDonald’s took their kiosk out of service for enhanced customer safety. All these reviews can’t be wrong.

The beauty of fast ford l food is lost to this place… it’s never fast or accurate… the employees obviously can’t count to 10, and it shows by the lack of consistency from 2 burgers made in the same order side by side not being made with the same quantity of pickles to the amount of burgers in your order matching what you leave with. I have been shorted by this establishment more times than I care to count… just to catch an attitude by this months management. But no more, I’m done. I WILL NEVER order here again. Save your patience and stay away. Also, they have a sign in the doorway with contact information for ownership… Jayson Payne, don’t bother. He’s not helpful either.

Don’t bother. Find a different fast food restaurant in town. My order was messed up twice in a row. Came back to get the sandwiches. They charged me for them. I didn’t receive them. Went back and was still missing one sandwich I was charged for.
