Cane’s is by far my family’s favorite place for chicken tenders. They keep it simple and do everything right! The service is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food is hot and fresh, the fries are crispy and the chicken has the perfect ratio of breading to meat. The tenders are always juicy and the crunchy breading is lightly seasoned allowing the complimentary sauce to shine. The Texas toast is light and buttery. The coleslaw is just the right side for me, even though the rest of my family enjoys extra fries. The only thing is we wish they had a family meal option. We pay anywhere from $10-20 more than other chicken places and while we understand the difference in quality, we would come here more often if they offered a comparable deal. We would like if they offered a meal with 12 tenders and fries and Texas toast for 4. We will still return, as often as we can.

I ordered 1 box combo and 2 extra chicken fingers with an extra sauce. Turns out i only got 1 sauce no extra and only 1 extra chicken fingers when i ordered 2. Disappointed.

I went to this specific place because one of my daughters ask to buy canes, she was hungry so i order the 6 piece, i don’t live close to this Cane’s but still got it since i was picking up my daughter from work, when i arrived home i only had 4 pieces when i had pay for 6. The manager in charge said she couldn’t do anything because I didn’t had my receipt with me, and i had pay cash. which is because of the employees not giving it to me as well. I’ll definitely think before coming back to this Cane’s bad customer service. I work for fast food place as well and I wouldn’t lie about me not getting my complete order.

My service experience was amazing however I do not appreciate dining in for lunch while there is an employee in the lobby that has been tasked with scrubbing walls, tables, chairs, and door frames on their hands and knees in front of me. Those tasks should be done before open or after lobby closes not in front of customers. Another thing, there is a massive trashcan in view that I can see is filled to the brim with chicken!! The amount of waste is so disgusting.

I ordered a box with No toast Extra Fries. That’s it. After being unable to repeat that to me successfully 3 times in the drive thru, the employee at the window also got it wrong. She then assured me she double checked it, so I left. I got home with a box full of toast. By the time I drove BACK to get my wife’s order CORRECT (they still could not repeat No Toast Extra Fries back to me) and got back home, my food was dead. Old fries, cold chicken, spongey toast. I lost my appetite and threw it away. No Toast Extra Fries was more than 4 employees could handle at lunchtime. Thanks for nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Canes. We are never coming back. There are plenty of other places to get chicken in Spring.

Went to get some lunch for my brother and I. I ordered a box combo with no coleslaw, extra fries. He ordered a 3 finger combo with butter on both sides of the toast. They charged me for a box combo, only gave me 3 fingers, no extra fries, and no butter on both sides of the toast. Tried calling to get this corrected and nobody answered the phone after 3 phone calls and 5 minutes ringing each time. If youre thinking about wasting your money, just go to Chickfila across the street. At least they care about customer service

THIS IS THE BEST CANES LOCATION IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! Chya is so sweet and helpful, and so is the entire staff at this location! I honestly eat here at least once every two weeks. I have one love, and it is this specific Canes!! Come get your chicken.

The best chicken tenders I’ve ever had! I ordered take out five combo boxes and one chicken sandwich combo with drinks, the food was still steaming and extremely delicious when I got home. The cashier and staff are very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The store manager Ben is very professional and responsible. The service was outstanding! We’ve been to different locations in our area but, this by far was the best! We’ll definitely be coming to this location again.
