I ordered chicken nuggets and when I got home they had given me someone else’s order of an ice cold fish sandwich with no tartar sauce and 1/2 piece of cheese someone had ripped in half. Too tired and fed up with incorrect orders to go back and ask them to remake it. Besides, the last time I asked them to remake my order they were rude about it. The service has been like this often lately so this was my last visit.

Management is rude to customers and other staff. Orders are often incorrect, and when you ask to correct it half the time they don’t believe you. One of the CONSISTENTLY worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The lower level team members are usually nice enough but management is terrible.

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese, and no bun, taking advantage of a free fry. Well, the quarter pounder, no bun, came out, and it wasn’t what I ordered, but it was what the cashier had typed in, so I paid no extra. At that, I decided to be content with my food as it was.
I sliced into my burger. Oddly enough, it mooed at me, quite raw. I shuffled my way back up to the counter, and met a young lady there.
I said, “I’m so sorry to bother you, but-“
“EW!!!”
“Well, yes, that’s what I wanted to-“
“I’ll get you another one! That’s raw!”
She quickly snatched my plate (quite politely, but certainly with urgency). She scurried to the back, and showed it to the woman standing at the frier, who’s face reflected a similar level of disgust. Before I turned, the young lady who took my food for replacement, made certain to hand me a brand new set of cutlery (an item I find is frequently forgotten when I order “no bun” at just about every fast food establishment).
I returned to my seat, and finished my delicious French fries. Within 5 minutes, I received a second burger, a kind woman with blonde hair and a no-nonsense air about her delivering my plate. Determined to make sure my order was correct, she requested I slice into the patty before she left.
Making a quick joke about getting her steps in as I was seated at the far corner, I sliced into the party, and revealed a perfectly medium-well burger. She went back to work, and I enjoyed my meal.
Overall, this was the most pleasant dine-in experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. And it was just as comical as it sounded.

Erica (store manager) and Ashely (manager) are zero out of 5 stars for customer service. When I called regarding an issue, Ashley was hesitant to give me her first name so I knew who I was talking to. Erica proceeded to sarcastically tell me how a frappé is made listing the following steps: we walk to the machine, press a button, pour it out of the pitcher into the cup and add whip cream, followed up with is that what you were looking for? For clarification, I asked for the standard expected from employees becuase we ordered with no whip cream. Sent it back to be remade, and it was pure water when we received it back.

Good prices and service, but a blooper happens once in awhile. I got a quarter pounder a couple of days ago that’s bum was harder than a rock and the meat was cooked to the point of being dried out.

I always check my bags before leaving. But apparently you have to check your boxes and wrappers now too. My frickin big Mac had the extra cheese I asked for but no burgers at all in it? What a joke. And My child’s cheeseburger that I asked for extra pickle on had no pickles at all? Like what is going on?
Why do i always have issues with almost every order at dinner time?

Ordered online from my house 15 minutes away, waited 15 more minutes in the drive thru, only to be told to pull to the side to wait for my frappe which took 10 more minutes. If you order online there should never be that kind of wait.

I got very cold stale fries. I had to wait 15min for them to come to the window to realize I was still there . I asked them for Fresh Fries, the man put them in the microwave. They were hot and stale. Disgusting and if they can’t do there jobs they need to be fired. This is a health safety issue. You cannot serve “old” food and think the microwave is gonna make it fresh. I will be calling and reporting this to the manager. All of our food was cold. I wonder how long our food was sitting in the trays. Unacceptable

Ordered a Krispy Kreme and I guess they must have kid sizes now…. $2.29 for 2 bites, this is so poorly managed. Only costs McDonald’s $0.50 cents per doughnut. Then I eat half of it and no Kreme, come on seriously. And don’t blame Krispy Kreme, you sell it in your business it’s your responsibility to fix it. This is another reason why I don’t eat fast food. #1 No Consistency in quality, #2 poorly managed, #3 food/burgers get smaller and smaller, #4 foods dried out from sitting, and #5 the company doesn’t care about the customers complaints, no reaching out to fix it, no apologies.

Made order on McDonald’s app 20 mins before close . Got to McDonald’s 10 min before close . Refused to give me my order . Guy and girl worker very rude too. Very. Even managed to look over at me and laugh with each other after he shut the drive thru window . It would have taken two minuets to do my quick order then close . But instead they wanted to be completely rude . Now I have no food for the night and I don’t get my money back till when? Never ever seen employees act so careless. I worked at McDonalds when I was 16 for a year . And would have never treated anyone how I was treated tonight .
