If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I’ve went to sonic it has never been positive, we pulled up to the drive through at 9pm. I asked for two blasts one brownie one cookie dough. We asked if she could remove the cookie dough or do light cookie dough as it is listed on your app than can do she told me no? Why, that doesn’t make sense especially
If it’s on your app. Than I wanted to order some salted caramel croissant bites which show they are available on the app, she says they don’t have them anymore because some stupid reason but than you should take them off your app or put that they are 86’d. I wish I would’ve online ordered them to see if she was lying. The kicker 14$ for 2 blasts and they come in PANERA CUPS??? How are you even sure it’s the right size. I just don’t get it no one is forcing you to work at sonic, simple customer requests can’t be made. Leave and go find a job you actually like.

Currently writing this as I’m still sitting in the Drive-through. There are no other cars, and I’ve been sitting here for at least 20 minutes and all I ordered was fries, tater tots, Onion rings and a drink For my baby and I just snack on. Every single time I come to this specific location I’m at at least sitting in the drive-through For 20 minutes, no matter how empty the parking lot is. Just for the food to come out cold or done incorrectly in one way or another every single time I’ve been here. You’ll have a better experience and save time if you just drive across town to any other sonic. I have no idea how this one is still open.

I have been to multiple different Sonic drive thru’s and have reviewed them very rarely have I had anything negative to say about them. But this one I won’t come back nor do I recommend this location. Pulled and waited for about 20 minutes hit the button because the light just stayed red and no one had even taken my order . So I hit it again nothing happened for another 5-7 minutes. Then the button started to flash and read to activate hit red button. I was hung up on basically. I hit it again and waited for at least another 5-10 minutes with no response. As I was waiting I noticed that no one was being helped that was parked. But the drive thru was moving rapidly. I decide to just go through it and it only took maybe 10 minutes. To get my food took me over an hour for no other reason then this Sonic had chose not to handle anyone that was parked only drive thru only. Also decide to take it upon themselves to not one time call thru to let us know that only drive thru was open. Then I pull around and thought the person helping get my food was just laughing at someone inside. But I had the feeling that it was me that she and whoever was in the back with her were laughing at me and it was why she had my food ready bagged and handed to me very quickly. With much more than price, card, and thank you. I really felt like I was the butt of someone’s joke. To make matters worse the food which I was so hungry that I began to gobble down the burger rather quickly along with only 1 and a half onion rings before having to quit abruptly feeling the urge to vomit. The rings were either overcooked or under with a burnt oil odd after taste. The burger was not cooked at all the way thru I like mine with no pink(didn’t think it was served any other way) it had the very end of the tomatoes but what made it unappetizing was that I cannot explain a unusual taste I don’t know how to describe it. The only that was almost correct was the Oreo cheesecake shake. Like I said almost it was missing the cheesecake. But had I not become ill I would have enjoyed it. It defiantly was not worth the almost $20.00 and the additional time I waited because I had never been disappointed by Sonic before until now. Avoid this location it’s not worth the money or wait.

Came by to pickup a doordash order for my customer at 6:55 pm on Sun, Feb 8th. After being ignored for a while, and African American man with blonde dread locks came and stared at me directly inside of the door without opening it for a moment. Then he slightly opened it and just said “Who it for?” Then he walked very very slowly over to get the drinks that were already ready. This type of service is unacceptable. To have someone treat anyone this poorly is just sad. I know he must be unhappy with his job, but he doesn’t need to take it out on others. He is a very inefficient and rude worker that needs to learn customer service. Won’t be coming here or recommending to anyone.

Sat in the drive thru at the speaker, with a car behind me and no one in front of me. Continued to sit and sit, and sit. Eventually the guy mumbled something very quiet and I told him I didn’t hear him. He wouldn’t respond to me…. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting … I finally said “hello I didn’t hear what you said” but no one answered…. Continued to sit and sit with no one saying anything to me– finally had enough & eventually pulled out of the line and went to Whataburger (with the Sonic drive through guy staring me down the whole time I drive around the building to leave). What an awful Sonic.

I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes to get my food (or even just 1 drink) here. Their shakes and blushes keep luring me in, but even if I go at a “slow” time of day.

Came to this sonic and was met by an incredible employee, said her name was Troy or something, she was a little strange but you could tell she was genuine. Food was served fairly quick along with the drink. Overall, great experience!

Ordered a flavorista favorite and when I finally got a price went to the windowand waited several minutes(more than 5) paid and another 5minutes go by before I got my drink and then i had to pull over a block down the streetto clean up the mess that kept overflowing feom the cup, almost as tho it was intentional. It wasn’t busy, i was the only one in he drive thru. I’ve never had this poor of an experience at any of the other Sonics in town
