Ordered chicken, got beef instead—
The packaging was unbelievably careless and sloppy, with portions barely filling half the bowl—like they were tossing scraps to a stray dog. On top of that, the staff had such an unenthusiastic and rude attitude, barely acknowledging customers and acting like they couldn’t care less. This is completely unacceptable from Chipotle. One star is being generous—let’s see how seriously they take responsibility for this kind of service!”

It is only 8 o’clock and this location is open till 11pm via the sign on the door, they were out of SO much!! No white rice, no fajitas, no mild sauce the list goes on. Yet there are 5 workers surrounding a station. Their excuse was it’s been busy it happens. Which I can understand but how do you expect to be open 3 more hours? Was not please at all. Better managment of the staff is definitely needed. And their language the cussing and joking come on your in front of customers! I understand their teen but they do represent a store.

Another place that adopted the new tred of charging as much as they can while serving as little as they can. Very disappointing used to be the place where you eat and get sick of having too much food, now they barely give a scoop and half of rice followed with 8 to 9 chicken cubes “count them if you don’tbelieveme”, then topped with barely no cheese. The plate looked very oversized compared to yhe food in it even with toppings.
All that for a price that keeps going up, I am not even talking about the small and broke little pieces of tortilla chips.
For the record I am not hating on the food but just the portions and prices.

Their food is always consistently delicious, the way this location runs, preps, cooks their food is far above any other location in the area. I am always happy with the quality of food I recieve. Their customer service is amazing, quick and to the point they get you in and out. At times this location can be busy and they are quick to cook up more food for their customers <3. Whatever you guys are doing at this location keep doing it because i am always deeply satisfied with each visit. Everyone working in there making it run like a well oiled machine, thank you guys so much ❤️. Best Location the one I will always go to.

They did mess up my bowl, however the rice was amazingly perfect. Highly recommend.
Update: messed up my bow AGAIN. Thought it was a fluke. Also ordered food and a drink. Dat down to eat and went back up to request a cup for water and the REFUSED to give one. Saying I needed to order for, which I already had.

I have been waiting here for over twenty minutes on a pickup order. Not just me, but at least eight other customers. The customers going in and placing their orders are getting out quicker than I am. The fact that they don’t prioritize their pickup orders is baffling to me, especially when some customers have been standing around for a while. This is not a way to run a restaurant and I will not ever be placing a pickup order from this specific chipotle again. I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

Quite possibly worst chipotle in KC Metro that I’ve been to and that is saying something considering I live in Raytown/indepence area. Have had an argument and attitude issue with at least 3 employees here in 3 different occasions. Only reason I eat here is because it is in convenient area for work. Will be driving 10 minutes out of the way to another location.

the workers here don’t care to pay attention to you they are short staffed and don’t know what they are doing. I waited 30 minutes to pick up my online order and they did not pay attention to me once. They redid my order three times because one of the employees was not trained properly. I highly recommend The manager of that location work on their employees mannerisms and how to do their job properly.

I’ve noticed a change in the food’s flavor since my last visit. On a positive note, the meat was cooked perfectly this time—tender and not chewy at all. I often struggle with how meat is prepared, so this was greatly appreciated.

Absolute worst location I wish I could rate them lower than one star because that is what they earned. I highly recommend if you want chipotle that you go to any other location because it is the only way to ensure you have no issues in getting stuff from them. I have left a yelp review detailing my horrible experience today as well but I am so irritated by how horrible my visit went I want to leave another where it could be seen. I went at about 11am to get a bowl for lunch and was locked out of the store because their system was down. I would have been happy to wait till it came back up if possible, or to pay in cash since I’m sure they have a payment outage procedure that could have rectified my issue. Instead I was disappointed as I always am when I go here. I really wanted some of their food and luckily I could get some from the 95th st. location, but I could not be paid to go back to the 91st location. I hope they have a serious overhaul to fix everything that is always wrong here.
