I don’t normally write reviews for fast food, probably because I’m in and out so fast, hence the “fast” part. But recently I had the nicest conversation with the Davenport Hardee’s General Manager, Wyketta Casey, and here I am to sing her praises as well as that of the restaurant. She brought our apple pies to the table with a warning about how hot and fresh they were. That’s service! We have a 30 minute one way drive to eat at this Hardee’s location, and we have dined here about once a month for the last 5 years. The food has always been good- fresh!!- and the service has been fast and friendly. The inside is clean, and customers seem happy. Hardee’s Davenport is running like a well-oiled machine. Ms. Wyketta is the nicest person who really wants the best dining experience for her customers. She’s fun to talk to. Ask for her by name when you stop in for a meal. You won’t be disappointed.

Just thought a manager should know I have been coming to dislocation for quite some time and I see they have a new Employees there this one person named Andrew is always very pleasant. Very nice always smiling. I think he is a good addition to you guys team very prompt very knowledgeable. I think he should be recognized for the hard work that he is doing at this store. I would regularly visit the Hardee’s in Kissimmee but alas they closed down. In Davenport today and thought I remembered one here. Found it and got my favorite breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, tater rounds, and the star a biscuit and gravy. Velmesha was super friendly and I saw that repeated with every customer she interacted with. She brought my food and noticed the table needed cleaning and came back and wiped it down.

I certainly hope the building has top-tier phenomenal service, because I will never use their online ordering system again. After accidentally placing my order as pickup instead of delivery, I initially discovered that there’s no area to manage an order, then realized they also have no real customer support. The number for this location doesn’t work, so I’ve had to put my feedback in the general website feedback section and just hope that someone responds. I placed a second order, delivery this time. My food arrived cold, one of my items is missing despite being recorded on the receipt, and I’ve tried reaching out to the delivery driver (which apparently runs through Doordash) only for this person to repeatedly hang up my calls after a few rings. I originally had a craving for their cinnamon rolls – they come out warm and gooey when I order in the drive-thru! The image attached is NOTHING like the quality of food I used to expect. I’m debating if it’s even been properly cooked. Overall, this leaves me with a very sour taste in my mouth about this whole chain and their severe absence of any customer support. Will not be ordering again.

On 11/22/2025 @ 6:58pm I had a terrible experience at store 1506360. I contacted Mahogany who stated she was a manager. She apologized and stated she would be replacing the entire order. On 12/10/2025 I came back to receive that replacement and the GM of the store was called since the shift lead on could not find the note Mahogany had left, the general manager said she WAS NOT REPLACING THE ORDER, and when I asked if she could call Mahogany to verify it, she refused and stated that I could either pay for the order, repeated via phone to her shift lead that she would not replace it, pay for the order or she told the shift lead to call the police. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. So I paid for the order and said that I was going to make this complaint and I was also going to call and speak with Mahogany about the situation. To be threatened that the police would be called when I was promised something is totally unprofessional and no one should have to experience that. If it were my franchise, I would fire the general manager immediately

As others have stated, being asked to pull forward to wait for your meal is dumb, especially when there’s nobody in line behind you. Its lunch time and this place is dead for a reason. My $12.51 combo was disgusting.

Wow I’ve never seen a dirtier kitchen. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and I guess they don’t have separate women’s and men’s restrooms both of them we’re disgusting like poop on the seat disgusting. There were only 2 employees the manager and the girl in the drive thru window. It’s 12:30 in the afternoon you’d think they’d have more employees. The most important thing about this review is that neither one of them were wearing gloves! And the girl in the drive thru was helping with with food orders and she’s obviously working with money and never put gloves on. That’s scary. We waited 10 mins just to get our order taken and another 20 mins to actually get our to go order. They were also just yelling at each other the whole time about orders that were made or not made. I wouldn’t come to this location unless you want to get food poisoning I’d give it a zero if I could.

Twice I received old, cold, unappealing food from this location. Maybe its just me and they don’t want my service and that’s OK, but I used to a be a loyal customer. No longer. If you are looking for fast food, save your money and time and go somewhere else.

This location has been fine in the past but today I got the worst “food” I’ve ever gotten at a Hardee’s. I got two breakfast platters and literally every item was burned. I got a Coke, it tasted weird and I thought I’d be able to trust the lemonade but it tasted like it had 3 times the sugar it should have had. I won’t be returning

I had one of the best experiences at Hardee’s Today. Rashaan and Rakita (sorry if I misspelled or confused the names!) had the best customer service, and a charming sense of humor. They were both very sweet and I hope there are more good times to come
