Mesa Modern Mexican is a culinary gem that offers a truly exceptional dining experience. My recent visit was an absolute delight, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and inviting. The restaurant’s modern decor and vibrant energy set the perfect stage for a memorable meal.
The food was, in a word, delicious. Each dish was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. The drinks were just as impressive—fun, creative, and absolutely yummy, they complemented our meal perfectly.
Among the many standout dishes, the Mesa Salmon was a true highlight, cooked to perfection and served with an incredible sauce that left me wanting more. The nachos were a delightful surprise, piled high with fresh toppings and a generous amount of cheese. For dessert, the fried ice cream was a showstopper, a crispy, warm exterior giving way to a cool, creamy center. But if you try only one thing, the mango ceviche is an absolute must-try. The combination of fresh seafood and vibrant mango was a taste sensation that I won’t soon forget.

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday. They have a Taco Tuesday special for lunch apparently and it was a really good deal. I sat outside as the weather was perfect. The staff were excellent and the food was as well. Definitely going here again for lunch in the near future!

Second time coming here and it’s officially one of my favorite spots in the area. Everything from the appetizers to the entrées and guacamole was delicious. The food is great for both brunch and dinner, and all the drinks we tried were amazing. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone craving good Mexican food. Definitely coming back again!

My family and I were at that crayola experience and this was just down the block, food was really good. I ordered the carne asada tacos… meat lacked in flavor in my opinion but was cooked to perfection. The kids cheeseburger was amazing! Perfectly cooked and the fries were also a hit. They were fresh cut potato fries. The complementary chips and salsa were delicious. The chips were cooked perfectly and the salsa has more of a sweet taste than spicy, it was different than what I’m used to, but I liked it. Overall, a really good place to try out. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

Cozy Mexican place with nice interior and service. The food felt fresh and tasty. Not to forget the salsa. Took time to come, but was worth the wait. Less cheesy unlike other Mexican places which was good. Plenty vegetarian options too.

Fantastic food and service here!! Quick dinner no waiting on a Sunday evening. They serve warm chips and fresh made salsa. Drinks are fabulous we had guava margaritas frozen is better and lime on the rocks is good too. If you can handle spice a must try is the inferno guacamole – ahh amazing!! A must try if you like the heat. (It’s medium hot).
The crispy cod fish tacos are very good – fresh and nice warm tortillas. I recommend to top them with mango salsa which added that extra flavor! We also ordered burrito bowl and spicy chicken bowl – not a big fan of was a lot of white rice that all went to waste. Flavors didn’t come out in both of two these bowls, mostly white rice and beans topped with chicken breast (breaded like tenderloins) not great. Overall service was excellent and all appetizers, drinks are great.

The chips and salsa were probably the best part, great chips and delicious fresh salsa. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and was very disappointed. It came out with corn tortillas that seemed barely warmed and the chicken lacked taste. The rice looked and tasted like Uncle Ben’s, and without beans of any sort. I’m sorry, but what Mexican restaurant doesn’t serve beans as part of the entree? So I ordered their refried beans as a side ($7.95), once again sadly have to say that I was disappointed, this also lacked flavor. I’ve probably tasted better from a shop rite can of refried beans.
The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, but I wouldn’t visit again, there are better Mexican restaurants to visit.

The food was good. Portion sizes were kinda small compared to other Mexican places in the area. Drinks were good as well; however the desserts weren’t the best. The cheesecake was chewy like it was overcooked. It wasn’t creamy like cheesecake should be. The Flan tasted store bought and the Churros were decent. Wouldn’t get dessert going forward. They do have good deals for Happy Hour and Taco Tuesdays. The environment was low lit and background music played at a good level. You could have a conversation and the music not interfere.

Fabulous service! Best service I’ve yet encountered in the USA.
The two guys who served us were interactive, funny and very hospitable.
At first I was a little reluctant to eat Mexican as I’m unable to eat certain foods but they catered for my requested adjustments.
We spontaneously came to this place with a friend whom lived at Easton.
We are from Australia and had just flown in the other day. Was really nice to experience this place. We sat outside as we had bikes with us and it was a beautiful sunny day.
My vegetarian burger was very nice and the other two said their food was great too.
Highly recommend this place!
