Quality of dishes is excellent. Service took slightly longer maybe bcos we ordered a T-boned steak. Would have preferred the clearing of dishes to be less prompt as the moment we are done or just close to being done with our food, we were asked whether the dishes could be cleared. It was rather abrupt. Other than that, food is great and my son said it’s the best steak he has ever had.

Had a lunch meeting at Liberty Steak house and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the restaurant is. It’s December so the lay out was decorated with Holiday decor which added a nice touch. Our server Alberto, was very nice and attentive. However I’m sad to say I was a little disappointed with my steak. I am a steak person and a steak house person with that said, it was not terrible but it was not great. The steak quality was questionable. I am into quality. Also the way it was prepared was not correct. I ordered medium well only because it’s was my first time there. This is my safe temperature when I’m unsure of a restaurant. The steak came out rare which would have been ok, if the quality was better. Also all the food was cold and took a while to come out? The restaurant was not crowded so that was strange. I did enjoy the artichoke hearts, and the lobster bisque soup which also was both cold. Shrimp cocktail was good also. I would give this restaurant another try during dinner hours. I also would recommend it.

My first time trying and I enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was very vibey, the decor was nice. I was impressed by their seafood options. The raw bar for two was very fresh, the jumbo shrimp and lobster were succulent. The clams & oysters were icy cold & fresh. The PEI mussels in the white vodka sauce was chef’s kiss. The bone marrow was also very rich & delicious when paired with the pickled onions it came with plus the buttered garlicky crostini pieces. The steak tartare was good but I felt the steak pieces could have been chopped/prepped finer bc it quite chewy. Our Dry Aged Porterhouse looked very good but sadly the porterhouse pieces weren’t the best. Even though we ordered medium rare the cut of the meat was very chewy, rough, and wasn’t melt in your mouth texture. The filet mignon portion of the porterhouse had the right texture, was less chewy but the temp was a little overcooked – most of the pieces were medium to medium well. My husband’s steak frites in the au poivré with chimichurri sauce was really delicious. I would still recommend coming to give this place a try. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They would come to change your plateware and silverware while also cleaning your dinner placemats.

I had an amazing experience at Liberty Prime Steakhouse last night! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful decor and upscale ambiance. The space is stunning and large enough for weddings, baby showers, or any special event.
What truly made the night exceptional was our waiter, Albie ( I hope I have his name right) he was phenomenal! He really did his thing!!
His recommendations were spot-on, and his service was impeccable from start to finish.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible. I had the porterhouse steak, and every bite just melted in my mouth—perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. We started with a deep-fried salmon tuna roll, which was beyond delicious. And to top it all off, we had a flourless chocolate cake for dessert, and wow—so rich, so decadent, absolutely amazing.
The drinks was On point. Everything about this place was top-tier, and the money I spent was worth every single penny. If you’re looking for an upscale dining experience with outstanding food, service, and ambiance, Liberty Prime Steakhouse is a must-visit. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant does not have parking but just a few feet away there is a parking garage if you aren’t able to find street parking. As you walk in you are greeted by the hostess and seated. There are booth as well as chairs available for your liking. The food is delicious and I absolutely loved the ambiance of the restaurant especially the lighting which is much dimmer than usual. Their menus are light up for your convenience. The waiter was very accommodating and even though the restaurant was closing within an hour and a half they did not rush me at all. The whipped butter was delightful and as well as everything else ordered.

The waitress at this restaurant is blatantly racist! We had a reservation for a weekend lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were seated at 12:30 PM, but until 12:50 PM, no server came to take our order or even ask, and we weren’t given menus. Then the next group of guests arrived—they were immediately attended to and handed menus. The host’s expression was extremely cold and unfriendly toward us, without a single smile, while they were all smiles and warmth toward other customers. Isn’t this clearly racial discrimination against Asians? It completely ruined our entire day. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to any Asian customers.

Expected more for a prime steak house. First, the food; The bone marrows themselves were bland, the only flavor were from the cheese compound butter they put on top. The Grilled Octopus was cooked perfectly, however, the whole dish could use some refinement, it was also kinda bland. Finally, I decided to get their halibut special as my entree, since I did not want to take any leftover back to the hotel room. Well, that was a mistake. The halibut was dry, definitely over cooked. Second, the service; I was ignored for most part of the dinner service, even though I spent over $100 just by myself. And since I haven’t seen the waiter after the appetizers were served, I couldn’t tell him about the dry halibut. I had to ask the busboy to tell the waiter that I was ready for the check. Also, when I asked the busboy to put in a set of plastic utensils with the leftovers, he made a big deal out of it and said he couldn’t, because they only give them out for takeouts and that if I want plastic utensils, I’ll have to places a separate takeout order. WOW, just WOW. And just when I was just about to ask for the manager, he changed his mind and agreed to give me a set of utensils. Though he did made sure to tell me that he got the utensils for me just “this time ok”……Uhhh, ok, thanks I guess?

Loved the decor in here! Tomahawk steak was delicious and flavorful. Mac n cheese was yummy, potatoes were divine but the brussel sprouts had too much vinegar- was too sour to eat. Cookie dough desert was very unique and absolutely scrumptious! Would come back. Service was good.

Dined here for restaurant week. Overall the food was good but I probably wont return. The service was not very good, myself and my companion had to return our steaks because they were well done when we asked for medium and medium rare. By that time the spinach was soggy and thd fries cold. Lastly for a restaurant that serves 40$ plates it serves a krispy kreme donut with a scoop of icecream for dessert.. Also the coffee was terrible. Overall im dissatisfied.
