FAST FOOD = BE BRIEF. BE BRIGHT. BE GONE. In my youth, a trip to McD’s meant a treat. Today its punishment at a price. Food quality is questionable. Service sucks. Price point is too high. A stop of last resort if nutrition and good health matter to you.

Who hurt them? I used to work in fast food when I was a kid, so I kinda get it. I never order out unless it’s been a particularly rough day, cause the purse strings are a bit tight right now. Plus I tipped well. But three times in a row, somehow the order was almost *exactly* backwards? I was so flabbergasted that I double checked the order on the receipt. Extra toppings on all of the burgers, but somehow they were completely plain, just bun and meat? Paid for 5+ extra sauces, but not only none of the ones paid for, but not even the ones that are technically supposed to come with the meal? 2-3 items completely left off every time? 3 times in a row. It’s particularly annoying because I rarely order food. I’ve been there, working at a fast food place sucks. But not only did I at least do my job then, I wouldn’t seemingly actively try to do the most petty order fulfillment possible. Don’t bother, they’re mad about something, Christ knows what.

If I could I would give them zero on all cause too many issues with employees attitudes and tonight was the last straw. Made order online and when I arrived they told me that they weren’t taking anymore orders or making ones placed online for no reason. Save your time and money and go to any other McDonalds. Complaint already filed too through the site.

Angel and his team were amazing! Placed an order for late night food at a 200 person wedding and the team was extremely punctual and helpful – I was blown away by the service! They worked for an hour and a half straight to make it happen and everything was still hot and fresh. The drunk guests loved it!

Vile and Unacceptable Behavior
This Location Needs to Be Investigated.
The staff at this McDonald’s are absolutely disgusting. I have never witnessed such aggressive, careless, and disrespectful behavior from fast food employees in my life. They were yelling, threatening to fight customers, and even throwing things at people in their cars. It was chaotic and completely out of control.

The drive-thru line was a total disaster they left one car sitting at the window for nearly ten minutes while the rest of us waited, even though some people only had simple drink orders. Instead of showing any sense of urgency or professionalism, the employees were loud, rude, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs.

There is zero training, zero customer service, and zero accountability here. The staff need to be retrained or replaced entirely, and this location needs to be inspected and reviewed by corporate immediately. This is not just bad service it’s hostile and unsafe. Truly disgusting behavior for any business, let alone a McDonald’s.

Went in and ordered food Tuesday morning had a lot going on so I had to figured I would get drive-through. It was just terrible absolutely terrible. The burritos were so dry. They tasted like they had been made nine months earlier and kept under the heat lamp for the whole time. The flavors were terrible. Nothing was well Incorporated it was just garbage. My drink was flat. It had like two pieces of ice floating around in there. My hash brown was way overcooked and my sausage egg and cheese. Mc griddle look like it was put together by a child with all the cheese off the side, stuck to the paper.

I don’t care how busy you are or how shortstaffed you are when you cut corners you lose customers and you have lost me. It was just a bad experience all around and even the lady that brought my bag out to me just had an abundance of attitude for no reason whatsoever.

I hadn’t even checked my order anything and I just said thank you and she just threw up her hand like it was a bother to respond

This McDonald’s might as well be abandoned. Ive tried to eat here twice, one time I walked there with my friends, the doors were locked so I couldn’t get in and there was no reason for them being locked, no maintenance being done and there were no workers there to tell me anything that was going on. Then I look at the drive thru and they were taking nearly 10 minutes for every car! The next time I TRIED to eat here was through an Uber eats order to which they were saying that they never received my order, so I waited an hour for nothing. This COULD have been an Uber eats issue, however due to their spotty service from my last visit, I would not be surprised if something went wrong in their system due to poor systems management or some or lazy issue. DO NOT EAT HERE
