This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited! The store was clean, employees very friendly, and the food was very good! They put tomatoes on my taco and was quick to fix another one! I recommend this store. Everyone that was working at 8:00 pm deserves a raise!!!

First off they forgot one of the fries on my order so I had to go back through the drive thru just for them to tell me I have to come inside for that issue which required to get my toddler back out of his car seat just to walk in and grab the fries and walk out just to load my kid back into his car seat. Then I get home and was excited to try the new Taco Bell nuggets that they came out with and open the box to find this…. So burnt & hard as a rock.. can’t even eat these. SMH ♀️ Come on… you can do better than that guys… very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. They gave me broken shell tacos, and I hadn’t even left the parking lot when I checked the food. Everything was cold and looked like it was just thrown into the bag. The service was horrible; the employee had an attitude the whole time. To top it off, they forgot some of my food in the bag. I will not be returning to this location.

I got my food just the way I wanted it! Made the way I customized it correctly the first time and personally by the manager! He was so friendly and when he saw one of his teenage employees trying to cut me off and be lazy, he nipped it in the bud and asked me to continue explaining how exactly I wanted my food made. ☺️☺️☺️ I got the Cantina chicken bowl but I wanted it made like a salad and not a rice bowl, they no longer have the nacho fry nachos so you have to take nachos and replace the chips with fries, so I explained that I wanted to substitute the chips over the speaker as I ordered through the app and I explained that I wanted extra cream cheese icing creamer in my Cinnabon iced coffee. Everything was perfect! Except the empanada, which is out of their control. They’re not made in-house. The filling was very skimpy as you’ll see in the photos, but it was still good. They used to have cinnamon sugar on them for a period. I don’t care for the dry ones. Other than that, great service and great food! I got my money’s worth!

Usually I never dine in (like it’s been 20+ years if I ever have) but the experience has been amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I left. I almost forgot I was at Taco Bell because the experience gave me very much, I appreciate the work I do and not just for the money. The bathrooms were clean, one of the toilets had paper towels in it and as soon as I mentioned it, it was handled. I ordered food for myself and my kids. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for them and for myself. Walked out with a gift (free taco coupon!) and honestly it made me happy because I love food for one and then I appreciated it because I felt seen. It’ll definitely help on the next order. I wish I would’ve grabbed the names of the people who helped but I’m writing this before I leave from the lot. Thank you!

It’s not any of the taco bell employees fault, but if you ever order through the app for delivery—it’s like impossible to get your food or they choose the worst drivers in the world. Like tonight my driver stole my food. Another time a driver showed up to the store & they didn’t see my order and told me to cancel it (i couldnt because they said they picked it up). They waited like 30 minutes and when I asked againif they found my order and she said “yes it on the counter.” And when I asked “can you not grab it?” She asked me if I still wanted it…. Then any other time the driver just can’t be reached and theyll leave it wherever. Idk what the difference is in ordering off the app and ordering off DoorDash directly. Other than it’s impossible to get a refund. It sucks having rewards on the app, but unless you’re picking it up yourself dont order off the app. It’s messed up as is, but my god you’ll never get your food. I’ll try to get a refund for this time or hopefully they can make my food again. Which I hate because this isn’t on them. It’s whatever system they have to use. If yall see this please try to get in touch with someone about it because something’s off about the app and deliveries!

I’m not going to address any problems except for one thing. For Management’s sake, I had no problems with the employees or preparation or presentation of today’s $9 Luxe Discovery box
MRCO management of middle Tennessee does a great job at maintaining their Taco Bell restaurants.
The slight problem was that my chips in the box tasted like the cinnamon crisps. Now I don’t like cinnamon crisps, which is why I chose the box with nacho cheese and chips. And no…i didn’t misread because I dipped my cinnamon tasting tortilla chips into the nacho cheese cup provided.
Here’s my concern. A cinnamon allergy can cause gastrointestinal symptoms but if severe enough..it can cause anaphylaxis… and because it’s a shock response, nobody knows what the spectrum is since the ultimate end of anaphylaxis can be death.
I worked in food service for years and there is a reason we finished all of the cookies, washed and sanitized all sheets and cooked peanut butter cookies separately
As a 51 year old male who has eaten at Taco Bell on and off forever and who respects what taco bell is and has been…why did my nacho chips taste like cinnamon crisps

This place is garbage. Stale, cold, under portioned food + long wait times + no breakfast. If they don’t mess up the order it tastes horrible. It’s worth driving out of my way to go to another Taco Bell.
