Kate was absolutely awesome! It was my family’s first time at Red Robin so we were unsure of some things but she had no problem explaining things and giving us her best! She had awesome customer service and never let our drinks run out! She made sure we were full and happy! Thanks for a great experience Kate!

We met friends and visited with them for a long time. Service was great, nobody was rushing us to move on. After we got home, we noticed a small discrepancy in the bill. I sent a message through the website about it, didn’t really expect a reply. But I got a call from the restaurant and they did everything they could to make me happy. I wish everyone did customer service like this.

Almost always have a good experience at this resteraunt. The red Robin gourmet cheese burger, whisky river BBQ burger and boneless wings are family favorites of ours. The fries are good but we ask for no seasoning because they are a little heavy handed with it.

I ate here recently and had an excellent experience. The food was great and came out fast. The service was good overall and we were seated quickly. I have food allergies and the staff were helpful in this regard. This Red Robin is in an excellent location in The Shops At Fallen Timbers, there are many things to do nearby. I recommend this restaurant!

These days if you get 2 out 3 items that are satisfactory you are doing good. I won’t complain if fries are not hot but when you get cola that is flat and send it back then get another flat cola it’s a sign someone is failing. Gourmet is no longer applicable
So if you like a step up from fast food and enjoy a nice setting and good choices it’s not a terrible choice. I rate chili s pretty good red robin is casual and is probably not a place I’d frequent.

I stopped in for dinner about an hour before close. The bacon fondue burger was excellent, the cheese was a perfect pair for the chips. Sunset lemonade was a bit sweet for me but still great.
Big shout out to Jeremy! He was attentive & friendly 7 out of 5 for his service.
I’d keep coming here and request him everytime but sadly I’m just visiting for work.

Had a very nice experience here. They were following proper covid protocols. Everything was nice and clean and there was proper social distancing. Our server Audrey was very nice and we constantly had our fries and drinks refilled. Burgers were cooked exactly how we wanted them and everything was very tasteful. We went here for a birthday and the ice cream sundae was excellent. Place is very spacious and has a lot of room. This is located over by the movie theater in I would highly recommend it.we went at 2:00 in the afternoon so it was not too busy and there was no wait. We got our food on a timely manner and everything went by smoothly.

Edit 2023: tried RR after 4 years. Some improvements were made. I Uped the rating but still has a huge gap to make up to other burger joints
Burger fell apart in my hands after 1st bite. Bun was stale French fries under cooked (WE SPECIFICALLY SAID MAKE FRIES CRISPY !) waiter was good but terrible food. Only went there with coupon. Last time same deal (coupon). Not EVER going back…why would I ?!
