Makailah was fantastic. She had a handful of booths plus 2 parties, one of 12 and one of 8, and still killed it! ✨️ She had the most patience I have seen in a long time and she deserves the world and then some for how hard she works ⛽️ Food was great, service was great (even with being very busy in one small section) 10/10 BOH/FOH goated.

I ordered a steak was like a smashed burger hamburger just taste like a salt shaker. The potato was not done and the broccoli was over done broccoli taste like a salt shaker tooI sent a message on Facebook to Applebee’s. I said I would be contacted shortly. Never happens so I contact them again. Still never never heard from me about that store. it was by far the By far, one of the first worst $30 meals I’ve ever had.

Another table of 2 and my husband and I all waited a very long time to be seated. Despite servers standing around talking and when they noticed us they immediately went back into the kitchen instead of saying “we’ll be right with you” the restaurant was not full by any means but there was lots of dirty tables but plenty of staff. We finally get sat after waiting 25min and wait for almost 30min for a server to get our drinks. We left and went to la Catrina down the road. Better service and food there. Save your money and just don’t go here.

I haven’t been to Applebees in awhile. My friend had an appointment that way so we went to the West Kimberly location.
The restaurant was so clean that you could feel it when you walked through the door. My server (the ticket said Joseph but I heard someone call him Jimmy) was at the table immediately. He checked on us in nice increments. The appetizer was out fast and I’d say it was the best version of any app I’ve had at any location. He was kind, even while he and the manager (she’s a star) were dealing with a less than pleasant lady behind us. They have the patience of saints. The chicken on the salad at this location had a much better char than I’m used to and it was fantastic. It’s nice to know that when we do spend money in these times that they care about quality and their clients. The manager is so good, that if I hadn’t retired early, I would have paid a lot of money to recruit her from you. This location is a reminder of why Applebees is still like going home.

It was a Saturday night so it was busy as to to be expected. The wait staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Our waitress had knowledge of the menu and gave us suggestions. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived. It didn’t take too long for it to get to our table. We tried the $5 sips and both were good.

Fresh and hot. All of our “special” requests were perfect. Hats off to the staff and management at this location!!
