I’d give zero stars if I could? Had to go back in to get what they forgot from my order. Took one bite out of my whopper and couldn’t even eat it. Dry stale old buns, lukewarm burger, soggy fries, soggy onion rings. The bun was so hard it was solid, you could knock on. I’ve never taken one bite out of something and had to throw it away. Paid over $25 to toss both meals right in the trash. Go anywhere but here.

I always get lo carb fully loaded croissant meal. It usually comes in a box. Not this time it was wrapped in paper that fell apart and the cheese was stuck to the wrap. When I asked the lady at the drive through she informed me that they no longer have boxes. So I told her I guess I am done with BK. She yelled back good we don’t want your business. Sad because this is my favorite breakfast.

I keep going but its hard sometimes. The food is still Burger King but the service is terrible. Waiting in line to order is just snails pace. Then when you get to the window and get your food; its always wrong. Needs some traing or new management. Just saying.

9/10/2025 9:45am Stood there waiting to order for a long time without even being acknowledged. The coffee was cold and poured from a plastic picture. They had no cream. The hash browns weren’t even half full. We were going to eat inside but the inside was absolutely disgusting lobby and behind the counter trash everywhere food spills everywhere food underneath seating tables and prep areas.I will never come back to this location. No wonder all the burger kings have been closing. This one needs to close if this is the experience they are presenting.

GUY WORKING DRIVE THRU STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND STARTED MAKING PURCHASES WITH MY CARD! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I was there November 17th at around 6 PM (can’t remember exactly- but around that time). Same black guy who’s usually working. Well he took my card with him in the back which was SUPER sketchy. There was also a white kid in the back who walked up and kind of huddled next to him. So I don’t know who did it. He was gone with my card for a longggg time which was super sus but I figured hey it’s just them working, looks like he’s got a lot going on- whatever. Uhh no. He started buying stuff with my credit card today. Only use Apple Pay or cash here….

I have only been here about five times, just moved into the area.
Seems like they are under staffed and overworked.
I was getting frustrated at the ridiculous length it takes for them to get cars through, asking every customer to wait at the intercom and dealing with one order at a time. But then I realized they only had two visible employees in the store at 3pm on a Sunday.
One working the window, one working everything else.
“Back in my day” we would have about 8 or more people back there.

This location is notoriously slow, and my last visit was enough for me to stop coming back. While ordering, another customer cut in front of me. Even if they had ordered ahead, staff should have directed them to wait like everyone else, but instead they just took their order and made me wait even longer. I gave it a couple minutes to see if they would correct the situation, but nothing changed. I left and went across the street to McDonald’s — and by the time I got my food there, the same car was still stuck at Burger King’s window.
When I tried to call and share my experience, the response was disappointing. The manager told me to ‘google it’ when I asked about contacting corporate. Overall, very unprofessional customer service.

Extra let down. I had 20 minutes to kill before an appointment stopped in because it had no line and I figured I could just grab something quick. Ordered a double cheese and cheese tots. Sat at the window for about 15 minutes waiting on them I have benefit of doubt maybe had to make everything ty order which I don’t mind. Nor everything was super cold i don’t know what happened here today but I ended up late with cold food
