We ordered at 6:32, didn’t get our food until 7:45. Food was COLD and there was a hair in our burger, GROSS! Couldn’t even finish eating.

First I want to start by stating i REALLY want to like this place. The GM Emiliano is so nice and the place is clean. The menu has a lot of options considering they are a burger joint and I learned from the manager today that the company is launching fried shrimp for Lent this year instead of the old veggie burger. I love that they are thinking outside the box. He said he’s tried it and he really liked it so I hope you’ll give them a shot too.
We ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, a cheesy mac smash burger, and a mac big dog. We also grabbed an order of the sweet potato fries for my mom to try, hubby got the regular fries and I got the smash tots.
Unfortunately, everything was so greasy. We only had a few bites of everything. We don’t really ever eat anything greasy so that was very hard to enjoy. I am sad to write this review but I swear by being honest in my feedback.
Its been years since I have been to Smash and the last time I was there was in Illinois at the Schaumburg location and I met the owner of Smashburger. In fact, I smashed a burger with him. Did you know he also invented the McGriddle at McDonalds? He was a cool dude.
I will give them props for flavor and options. I just wish everything had dripped off more grease or could have sat on some paper towels or something. They are always so busy even with their current 2.5 stars on yelp, I was surprised it was not as good as I remembered.

This is an awesome location! I’ve been here a few times and service from NICK has been great, he takes great care of the restaurant! And food is BOMB!! Quality you can taste! The tots are delicious!! Remind me of breakfast hash browns, too good!!! Highly recommend this location and very clean inside.

Ariel and Jack were awesome! We came for our free VD burgers, and our pup Seven got a complimentary patty, courtesy of the GM Ariel. So sweet! Wonderful, personable service. Nice patio seating too.

Jack was very kind. Even when we came in 30 minutes before close (if you’ve worked in fast food this is a no-no), he still did not seemed bothered(most are). The coupons were also a great deal! Go Smash!

I drive a long way to have the Colorado burger I am a chef and it is by far the most delicious burger I’ve ever had. I love the smash fries as well. The service from the manager Jack is impeccable. He makes sure the burger is perfect every time. I see a poster that says the Colorado is only available for a limited time. That would be a huge mistake. I’m sure the other burgers are very good, but the Colorado is a home run! I’ll keep coming as long as it’s available.

Josh is the most welcoming person I’ve ever met. Josh was so patient and friendly! I love smashburger because they have amazing gluten free buns, knowledge of allergies, and the food is consistently awesome. I would recommend this location just on the customer service alone. Thank you for a consistently over the top experience!

First time visiting but I’ve ordered from here many times at different locations.
Food is great but not once, ever in the 20+ x I’ve eaten Smashburger that this was in my top 5. Always great food but I swear they get my shake wrong every single time. It’s a joke because I order a lot and I order the same dish from different places just to compare. And cheeseburgers with a strawberry shake and French fries it’s my favorite meal for a casual evening. It’s not just Smashburger….I mean it is but it isn’t BUT it’s almost everywhere I order one from they screw it up. I usually end up with some chocolate malty concoction that sometimes is gray. Lol. But the burgers are so good, who cares

First time having a Smash Burger and it was delicious! Jack, the manager, was very kind and explained us the menu. The fries with the olive oil and rosemary mix are very tasty. The only thing is that it feel it was too much oil for my liking. Burger was hot (temperature wise) -which is good-and juicy .

We LOVE this Smashburger location! The guys that work here work really hard and are super kind, the food is always delicious and gets to us in a timely manner, and they always have great music playing. Although we’re sad about the Double Brisket Bacon being gone, we love their other burgers AND the brussel sprouts and Smash fries 20/10 for real!
