Early lunch before crowd showed up, just after opening.
Had the cravings for burgers, although we’re normally keto diet.
Quickly greeted and seated. Just a few other customers in for lunch.

The meal was enjoyable. Initially, the waitress was pleasant, but her demeanor became rather impolite towards the end of our visit. Additionally, she did not appear to pay close attention to my order. The restuarant itself was clean. However, I found the cost of the food to be a bit high.

Absolutely horrifying service! Never waited so long to be seated or get asked for a drink. Took 5 min to get sat down, and sat about for 25 minutes… Nobody bothered to ask for drink orders. Multiple tables looked very disappointed as well and waiting for things.

The service was horrible and so was the food. The plate was sizzling hot but my mashed potatoes were cold like that was sitting in the back for some time. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was just noodles and cheese on top of it with bacon and cold. Served the food with no silverware or napkins waited a while for that. Waitresses would look at you funny because you asking them for napkins silverware and straws. Duh ma’am we need something to eat with. No team work at all.

Applebees in Danville is one of those places you can go and never wait for a seat, my experience anyway. I’ve never had a problem with the food but it’s long overdue to upgrade the inside. New carpet or flooring would be nice. It’s like it’s barely cleaned. The outside looks nice though.

Absolute incompetence. Arrived tonight 12/20 at 855 pm. I was immediately seated. Couple behind me seated as well next to me. They were asked for their orders within 5 minutes. I waited till 920 pm and no one asked for mine. Not busy tonight at all. I left hungry and offended. Already had my order planned out. About $70. You’re loss.

I do not know what happen to the last good crew, but this group here today, just as sorry, withOUT order accuracy and customer service…
Ordered food online, went home, food wrong, went back, was handed my cold food with no apologies for THEIR error! I’m super big on customer service as this is the first thing customers experience, and as you can see this place is a another one of Danville’s failing businesses, hence the rating, time to write them off too. Bye!

Management need to be replaced. No one should have to wait an hour for food or drinks . People that came in after got there food b4 us . If you can’t run a restaurant like it supose to be you don’t need to be running it . Danville Applebee’s is the worst

I went here a few months ago and the waitress had an airpod in and was avoiding my table but was also too busy conversating with another table the whole time my food came out cold I never got a refill and they say us away from other people as we were the only white people here at the time so we were segerated which is truly unacceptable I will tell everyone to not come here
