Ok so this was my first experience at a sonic. I am incredibly appalled. So for background I have worked in food service for more than 3 years, in various places. In every place I’ve worked there has been a way to split between cash and card. I was 85¢ short on my card so I tried to give cash first. I was told they don’t do split pay. I asked for the manager bc I didn’t believe him. He walked away telling and cursing. I looked it up while I was waiting and found out you can you just have to pay with your card first. So when the manager came up I told her I figured out and that she could just re ring it. She stated that she didn’t know how to do split pay. Which isn’t even what I was talking about. After finally listening to me. After trying to talk over me for a few seconds. She argued with me about how it would just decline and not go through. Eventually she caved and did it. Oh surprise it worked. 85¢ is your total. But when the food came out the man purposely split my drinks on me and in my car. The food was also meh but I wasn’t really excepting much anyway

Have been here 30 minutes now. Recieved my order and it was incorrect. No apologies. This is consistantly the slowest Sonic location i have visited. I feel like this will be my last visit. I suspect profitablity is low due to order volume per hour vs operational costs. I predict an empty building someday.

Tried to get breakfast for my family and was told that we had to cancel our order because there wasn’t enough money in the store to provide $50 of change (break a $100 bill.) Then, while arguing with us about whether or not we had an alternate form of payment, did not want to return the bill he claimed he couldn’t break. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

worst experience ever. i went through and they were rude were cutting us off the whole we were talking we nicely asked for sauce and they were rude saying we already got it which we did not. as we pull of we notice our cheese was not melted and just sitting on top of our fries and mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all. so we went back and just asked for it to be fixed and she said “get out of my drive thru” and slammed the window. very unprofessional and was the manager

Lately, the last 3-4 trips, this sonic has been serving food that is old. Like serving food that was prepared late morning for lunch and serving it at dinner and late evening times. It’s brutally obvious. I tried to let them know it’s a noticeable problem and was told to leave. I guess I’ll have to call cooperate. Don’t want to do that, but I’m not going to sit back and let people eat trash that they’re paying for. Literally Trash.

I went thru there drive thru and this awesome kid named Carson was excellent. He took out order at the speaker then we forgot to order something and when we asked him to add it he did not hesitate he was respectful and understanding. Info could rate him personally id rate his service more than a five star he deserves employee of the month .

This isn’t the safest location to get a burger. On my last trip, I had someone come up to my car and beg me to order them food. The food is decent for fast food, the staff are nice if you’re nice to them, and the deals you get on the app let me get a meal under $10 (when it works, every now and then it will not let you check out), but I can’t go here anymore if it isn’t safe.
