The problem Ive been having for a while now (which I had hoped after the fire and remodel it would have gotten better but it did NOT) is that the meat/patty on the Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit is ALWAYS & I MEAN **ALWAYS** BURNED & ROCK HARD esp on the edges (the pics do no justice as its way worse too as it shows in my pics.) No matter the time of day I come.. Whether it be right when they open early in the morning OR mid morning OR before they close, it is **ALWAYS** THE SAME.. BLACK BLACK EDGES With WHOLE PATTY Being ROCK HARD & BARELY EDIBLE, etc…
I have been trying to give the benefit of the doubts now for a really long time as I used to truly L♡VE Martin’s Restaurant. It used to be my “Always” Go-To Breakfast place… It Really TRULY DISAPPOINTS me to have to write this review but I am SO DAMN tired of spending money on “Food” I cant even chew and if I can chew it, it is hard, Blackened & just plain disgusting.. & frankly its bizarre to me that something as simple as a sausage can’t seem to be cooked correctly any longer.

Lastly.. the biscuits from Martin’s used to be my ALL TIME FAVORITE biscuits… So Soft, soo fluffy, Big & warm. But even THOSE ARE OVER-COOKED, HARD & IDK JUST NOTHING HOW THEY USED TO BE.
I have time & time & time again been disappointed over n over n over again on how the food here has been going downhill and starting to become inedible.
Last thing I wanted to do is write this type of review but frankly this has happened WAYYY TOO MANY TIMES FOR FAR TOO LONG & it sucks and it makes me so sad.

Fast, smiling, and heart-warming service.
The food is simply southern best breakfast.
Bisciits are freash, hot, fluffy and softly delicious.
Eggs are real eggs no immitation here.

This food was sooooo greasy!!!! The hash browns were literally wet the entire time. Gross. I ordered a egg mixer bowl with sausage. I threw it away.

Suppose to be open at 6am, I have been sitting at the window for 10 min waiting to even be acknowledged. The lady sees I’m sitting here but hasn’t bothered to even open the window to say anything. It’s just frustrating when check ahead and either the time is listed wrong or they are running behind and they refuse to acknowledge my presence.

Does anyone at any of the Martin restaurants know how to cook sausage patties? Obviously not. The last three restaurants (Douglasville, Dallas & Hiram) I have gone to an ordered a sausage biscuit, they were burnt. Meat patties should be moist and juicy, not crusty and hard, like a hockey puck. That is from keeping them on the grill to long. They should be thrown away once they turn black.Your hotdogs are disgusting and leave an after taste. Your drive thru personnel are for the most part very rude and don’t care about the people they serve.

I always enjoy a quick bite whether breakfast or lunch at Martin’s. The service is incredibly friendly. The food comes out relatively fast. The price is amazing for the value.
I have rarely been disappointed at this place and even if I am, the staff is very quick to fix whatever the issue is.
Hash browns and sausage were great. The biscuits are heavenly.

I love Martin’s Restaurant for breakfast, but this particular location is always ridiculously busy. It took forever to get my food this morning, and the dining area was dirty. However, the biscuit with gravy was delicious! Just be prepared to wait a while if you’re planning to come here.

I should have read the reviews first. Chili dog combo with rings. Took forever to get the food, and then got fries. I said it was supposed to be rings, and the woman got mad and walked off. Other woman found some VERY old rings in the back. Hot dog was grey, chili had no flavor, and the whole thing was falling apart. Onion rings were hard. Once and done here. Martin’s used to he great. Oh, and the dining room was filthy.

This was without question the worst hamburger I’ve ever had. The Burger was under cooked and the fries were over cooked. I don’t see where this place merits a 4+ star rating. We’ll never come back.

Driest biscuit I ever did put in my mouth and let me just tell you there was no bacon on that biscuit. I asked for extra bacon and what did I get a sorry excuse of a pork of a pig. It made me sad. Truly sad to see this biscuit I’ve never had a biscuit with no flavor no moisture no nothing tasted like straight up beige buns on a plate. Honestly, the meat could’ve been platypus for all. I know it could’ve been missing people too. I’ve seen a lot of people go missing in Hiram. Let me tell you.
