Pretty good Panera, just stopped by for dinner and had a nice sandwich. I did order the Italian sub and the Mac and cheese, both were delicious. Service was fast and ordering can be done in person or at one of the little kiosks.

I generally have only come to Panera for their pastries and coffee but made it in for lunch one day with my family. Ordered from the ” You Pick Two” menu. The menu is a bit deceiving as prices displayed are for EACH food item, not both. It was a very expensive lunch for 3 people but pretty good-tasting. Overall, we did enjoy the food but remember to bring your ” extra thick wallet” because prices are fairly steep.

Went here with my partner on Valentine’s day and we had a good time! There were other people there chatting and studying, so the atmosphere was quite calm.
We used one of the kiosks for ordering and it was easy to use. Our food also tasted wonderful and was out fairly quickly.

The portion sizes are acceptable. The food is really good. But the biggest thing is the customer service and the jams they keep playing. I just came in for a quick meal, and now I’m having the time of my life and getting treated wonderfully.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee yesterday. $3.95 for a refill. I feel that is over priced. I even mentioned I have my own cup and asked if I could be charged for a refill. 3.95 came up. So, I paid. After I get my haircut, I stop back by while I wait on the bus. The lady took the first two customers. Once it’s time to take my order. She all in the sudden gets busy and head to the back of the store, so I wait. Then after walking back and forth, not holding one thing, someone asks if I have been helped. I clearly haven’t been help, if I am the only standing in front of the register. I respectfully say no ma’am. She takes my order, I explain again I have my own cup, and still gets charged 3.95 for a coffee. This time the coffee was warm, and had coffee grounds in it. That is 7.90 for horrible service and warm coffee. I didn’t have time to complain. I just went home. That Lakewood location used to be my favorite panera bread. But the service has deteriorated while the prices have gone up.

Came for the fall harvest soup. So good. The reason I’m writing this review is the crew member, Kelli (long red hair, glasses) was SO over and above. She saw our hands full of drinks and offered to deliver our food to the table. I also saw her walking around checking on everybody’s meal. Felt like I was at a full service restaurant. This lady should be promoted imo. Loved my experience here!

Panera is definitely one of my “go to” places to eat. Always fresh good quality food. Usually go to Puyallup as is closer to my home. Went to Lakewood mall this last time and ordering was a challenge. Couldn’t tell where to stand in line and others were taken ahead of me. Most customers were accommodating and let others in, but cashiers would leave for other duties when there was a line in front of them. Very confusing.

First time here! Staff nice, clean, quiet dining but meal bore no resemblance to the advertised fare. Tiny burnt bagel with a hint of bacon, and maybe some steak in there. Disappointed. Actual bagel on left.

Interesting process. Haven’t been to a Panera in a LONG time. I ordered online, parked in the 5 min or less, ordered a sourdough bowl and some scone while inside…. took much longer to get the bread bowl and bagged scones than the takeout order. Had to ask one of the folks behind the counter if I pick up the bowl& scones here? Most likely not but she promptly went and got them for me
