Update: I went back and they gave the food.
The kids were happy but I still do not recommend this mcds. They thought I was lying even tho I had the receipts plus apps. I had to show proof that when I called the store the phone was busy at that time.. There were people waiting 10-15 mins for their food because their order was wrong the first time.
From the reviews this seems to be their norm.
I ordered a big mac meal, kids meal extra fries, Spicy mcchicken meal, mcdouble meal deal.. We waited like 10 minutes and the manager came out with our food.. Some how a whole meal (spicy mcchicken) & no fries were included in any of the meals not even in the happy meal! So they took the $24 and only gave us sandwiches, burnt nuggets, and no fries . Everyone looked miserable.. The food wasn’t for me personally but noone got what they ordered

Don’t bother ordering through the app. The kitchen staff didn’t follow any of the instructions; ie no salt. If the beverage option was changed due to lack of item, that’s one thing. Not following all food made items “to order” and ignoring the request in not okay.

Takes forever to get your food if you dine in. Waited at least 15mins to receive food and once it was received food was cold, missing, or messed up. Their always out of sauces, they dont keep a ketchup dispenser out front or their tea. Front counter/mobile just pre bumps orders to get times down but it ends up with lost/forgetten orders that come out so late. The only thing this place is good for is the playplace, but even than tables are dirty and trash is lying about. The one down the road on shadow oaks is way better.

Went inside to place and collect my order and when I got home my burger was missing. I called to let them know and they asked me to come back to get the burger. I walked in and everyone is just standing at the back talking amongst themselves I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence and they remade the burger but no apology no consideration of my time or gas spent to come back. Absolutely pathetic staff and service

I dint believe i’ve ever spoken w/ a more dismissive store manager. For one i believe the shift manager handed me my order at the drive through, When i attempted to ask something she just continued with her chatter and ignored me.
For one my order was VERY wrong! If i did not have a long drive ahead of me i would have turned around and refunded it.

Good food. Staff is great except a few who act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. . Always busy so I guess I can expect that. We are regulars. One manager in particular you will never see her smile. Was very off putting. Our last few visits.

This is by far the most poorly managed McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The service was unacceptable—when I placed my order, the employee barely acknowledged me and hardly spoke a word. Our sauces were forgotten, and it took asking three separate times, after a long wait, before anyone finally addressed us. The manager appeared visibly unhappy and treated the staff in a discouraging manner. It’s disappointing to see this level of disorganization and unprofessionalism, which only reinforces the negative reputation that fast food establishments often struggle to overcome.

The service was extremely slow today. I waited 15 mins just to order and 20 total before I got my food! The only reason they go 2cstars for service was cause i asked for honey and the lady who gave me my food said sure let me toss some in your bag for you!
