First time into a California pizza kitchen and I will definitely be back. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the restaurant is beautiful, clean and well maintained. My waitress drea was awesome! She was very attentive and polite and friendly! She recommended the Burt ends bbq pizza for a pizza connoisseur like me and it was delicious! A little pricy but that’s for the bbq which is expensive its self. The pizza came out fast and I got real grated Parmesan cheese to top it with! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back when in the area and hope to see drea again!

The food was delicious. The service was poor. Very slow, and inattentive! There was a big group of children, under 12. They were obnoxious and running all over the restaurant, yelling, climbing all the booths. The adults did nothing and the management did nothing for 20 minutes. The manager told the children to sit down but they did not. Also, other wait staff bused tables with one hand and held food to deliver to a table with the other. There was a server who was wearing a mask with her nose exposed, serving food and waiting on people. The food is overpriced although so tasty. It is not good enough to come back to this location!

I haven’t had CPK in 15+ years but I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was really good and I wasn’t judged for pairing pepperoni and Pineapple on the same pie 🙂 My Gluten Free wife really enjoyed the cauliflower crust and my toddler crushed his mac n cheese. The menu is a lot more than just pizza so people who are not in the mood for pizza can calm down if your group goes here. Service was great and prices seemed competitive. Just thought the atmosphere is a bit dated but its a pizza place who cares

We got food from this CPK for my mom’s 90th bday party. It was delicious! Best part was how helpful the staff was. I struggled with an online order and Hannah helped me figure everything out. Thanks CPK for hiring such great staff!

We’re regulars at this CPK and usually enjoy the food and vibe. This time around, the food was on point as always — the pizza, buffalo cauliflower, and chips & guac were all fresh and flavorful. However, the service left a bit to be desired. Our server seemed uninterested and came across as if she was just doing the job because she had to, not because she wanted to. That said, the restaurant’s location in the Rio area is a huge plus — beautiful views near the lake and always a lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back, but hoping for a bit more warmth from the service staff next time.

We came for lunch and we order pasta and we did some mod modifications to the pasta and they could do it. It was a really good food point. The waiter we had somebody called Fox. He was very fast and understood all our objections and modifications.

This place is always consistent in its service & food but this time one of our pizzas was over done. Hoped that they would offer to replace it but did not. Don’t be disappointed overall this place great. I think it was one of those days! That’s why the four stars.

Made a mobile order for pickup before the store opens at 11am. The building seems to have two sides of entrances: the main entrance located at the corner facing to the lake; and there was a pickup door off the Boardwalk Pl. Met up at the time of promise and the bag was ready to go. The staff was warm and friendly. The dishes were tasted good as expected. The kid’s meal came with a drink.

Horrible service. Went with my friend for dinner tonight. Waited 10 mins to get seated when the resturant wasn’t basically empty. Then a waiter didn’t even come to our table we were there for over 40 minutes just waiting. Half way throughout waiting even ask the host to get a server to come to our table and still never showed up after 10 mins. Walked out in the end. Never come here I believe they did this cause we were teenagers. As the adults who got sat right after us had a waiter.

Can I just say how amazing the portion per price is here. That picture below is half a salad and came with a delicious amount of everything. The drinks were yummy and the atmosphere was super nice and relaxing.
This was not our waiters fault but the bartender who delivered our drinks very late into the meal. But it happens and we got our drinks in the end. No bread tho 🙁
