Food was amazing, was drive thru only which is very weird. Couldn’t take order from parking area, night time the sign was out so place looked closed. Just very run down and outdated. Especially a place the locals love but quit using due to the overall look of the building.

Our car hop was very nice! I ordered a Bobby Water! Noone, including the general manager knew what that was. But our server looked it up on his phone! Can’t believe they didn’t know who Bobby Bones was! LoL

Ordered large lemon berry slush and received a lemon slush, when I informed the restaurant they gave me a empty rt44 cup and kids cup full of strawberries and syrup mix.

My wife’s order was wrong, missing drink we had to ask for then got attitude about it, chicken sandwich burnt…lady in the drive through was rude and very short with us. Horribly ran franchise, and my family loves Sonic!

7pm pulled into a stall and hit the button. After a few mins a rude person yelled through the speaker that it was drive thru only. So we pulled up to the drive thru and waited… Again. Finally that same rude person yelled that out would be 15-20 mins before they could even take my order. Needless to say I left. I see I am not the only one with this experience so obviously they do not intend to correct this and i think this is my last time getting sonic from anywhere.

I would not recommend doing this location for any delivery purposes. Whoever the manager doesn’t followed the delivery in-apps policy that stated “Please do not go into restaurant or drive-thru ” and also they don’t turn their speakers off on the car-hop area which is private conversation in the car. That is private they shouldn’t be listening. I will report this location to the corporate and delivery companies. Use the Pigeon Forge location, much friendly staffs and they get things done right.

Don’t do a mobile order and do what the app tells you to do. Hit the red button and get rudely cut off. Still have to get in the drive thru line and wait.

$34 for a family of 4 to eat. I don’t think that’s worth it. Our hot dog was not cooked we had to wait for another to be made. We didn’t get anything extravagant either…. The food that was cooked tasted decent but not $34 worth for sure. Could go to Chili’s or Applebee’s and get way better food for cheaper or around the same amount of money. The girl who took our order and delivered our food was nice and fast though! 3 stars for them, people are the most important part of your business…customers and employees.
