Too many terrible experiences. They used to be good. Now with the 2 drive thru lines they will skip you randomly and not answer the speaker. And this is the slowest McDonald’s. Too many times would it have been better for me to drive farther to the one in green first because it would’ve been faster and better. Will not be going here again solely because of drive thru

Originally I wrote a small essay, but I’m gonna keep this brief: there’s 2 other stores nearby, just go there. Management of this store is abysmal. Wait times are ridiculous, staff can hardly communicate, and the food generally comes out either wrong or bad. Please, I beg you, go to another store. Don’t make the mistake of giving this franchise money, the owner clearly doesn’t deserve it.

Absolute worst customer service by any McD’s that I’ve ever been to. Walked in at 6:30 on 11/24. Placed an order. Had to be at work at 7:00 just down the street. At 6:55 I still had not received my order. At 6:56 I asked for a refund and walked out. Made me late for work with no dinner. Their production team needs retraining.

Front of store was not stocked at all. Front had all dirty tables.
Kids area was clean clean. The servers were polite and efficient. The food was freshly made but the buns were stale.

I order a sausage McMuffin then I pay at the register. I’m waiting for a while felt like 6 min. Then a Spanish speaking man comes to the register and speaks to the main man in the front who also speaks Spanish he pays for his order .x then the guy working goes right to getting his order. Then the customer slowly left not in a hurry. I waited another 5 min. Other times Ive gone to the same McDonald’s I had to wait for the longest time while seeing people leave that wasnt there before me and this is not an app like uber eats.

2 cheese burgers and a happy meal took over 20 minutes. Staff started to print out orders to clear in progress orders to say now serving while no food orders were even ready. Was able to take a picture of all the orders piling up in back.

It’s fast food why am I in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes and the line is not moving you have four customers inside the store it’s so bad I literally reversed and left because I have to get back to work now and something that was supposed to be quick wasn’t

Laziness when it comes to the one thing you go to this place for… food… why have a McCrispy DELUXE and all you do is put 2 buns DRY chicken with 3 cut pickles…. lol and charging $12 for this crap is criminal. Attempted to call their place prior to leaving this crap review and of course they don’t know how to make sandwiches or answer phones apparently. They love charging a premium for food but will cut so many corners to cut costs while charging the consumer more lol I hope they get shut down. This business model is not sustainable, especially after the latest remodel, gotta make up for the costs somehow I guess right. New building and can’t even answer the phone to correct this laziness… pictures for proof, yall lazy as hell…
