Horrible service. 50 minutes wait for fries and a shake and refused a refund. Then forgot the shake. 5 employees seen but nobody working everyone staring at each other. No wonder the restaurant is empty. This place needs to close!

Sorrento’s is officially living off a dead reputation.
This place used to mean something. Back in the day, Sorrento’s was known for quality food, real customer service, and respect. Today? It’s a complete joke.
The customer service is straight trash. The staff is rude, ignorant, and clearly untrained. A bunch of young employees standing around doing nothing, talking to customers any kind of way, with no urgency, no professionalism, and no respect. They act like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason the business exists.
The food is mediocre at best, and when you combine that with the worst service imaginable, it’s not worth a single dollar. No pride, no accountability, no standards. Just attitude and laziness behind the counter.
This isn’t tradition anymore — it’s brand decay. Whoever is managing this place has completely lost control. At this point, they need to fire the entire staff, shut it down, and rebuild from scratch, because what’s happening now is embarrassing to the name Sorrento’s.
If you remember how good this place used to be, don’t come back. Let the memories stay intact, because the current version will just piss you off.

Sorrentos pizza is only as good as whoever is making the pizza that night. I just picked up my pizza on 9/12 at 8pm & it’s disgusting! It’s so much cheese on the pizza you can literally see how thick it is and it’s just sitting on top of the pizza. Not even cooked all the way through. I literally pulled the pizza off the cheese & just ate the crust. Ugh! What a buzzer. Dinner is ruined.

So I’ve been coming to this location for 42 years. This is actually the first pizza that ever crossed into my mouth as a human being in this body. I love Sorrento’s for my head to my toes. But my birthday is February 12th I went there yesterday and maybe I don’t know I guess it’s my fault I went there a little early. Maybe the dough hadn’t risen yet or the ovens weren’t hot enough. But I received the flattest Pizza that I’ve ever seen in my life no bubbles normally turn this has a really nice thick crust everything about those pizzas normally awesome. I’ve actually lived across country for several years and fantasized about Sorrento’s for the last decade I love this place. And normally it’s 100%, but unfortunately I went there on my birthday and got kind of underproofed flat Pizza

I have not encountered such an unprofessional, disrespectful, and indifferent staff in a long time. Instead of being helpful, the employees inside act as if they are there to make things more difficult on purpose. Even the simplest questions are either ignored or brushed off with a rude and careless attitude.

The behavior of the staff working inside is completely dismissive, cold, and at times condescending toward customers. There is a clear pattern of employees who seem unwilling to do their job and who take out their frustration on customers. When a problem arises, instead of offering solutions, they avoid responsibility and shift the blame elsewhere.

It is genuinely surprising that this place is still operating with such a level of service. It is very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at all. I will definitely not be returning, and I will strongly discourage others from coming here as well.

We went last night to order pizza and french fries, While we waited, my son and husband played on the free arcade games. We left, and my husband had forgotten his phone. When we realized hours later, I called the Restaurant and the manager not only found my husband’s phone, but when I came to pick it up refused a tip as a thank you. She was incredibly gracious. This is the kind of place that families can feel safe going to, that as a customer, you know that you are being taken care of by genuinely kind people, and I cannot wait to go back and give them more of our business.

Fast and friendly service. The cheesesteak special was delicious. We all enjoyed our food and at a bargain for that price. 999 for a full meal. Two cheese pizzas for $20 and we were set!

I was really disappointed with my visit here. I ordered the crab egg roll, which was supposed to have lump crab meat, but it was mostly bread filler and had a pungent, foul odor like the crab had gone bad. After one bite, my stomach started hurting, and I had to throw it away — which I hate because it feels like a waste of money.

We also ordered a large cheese pizza and had to wait over 30 minutes for it. It came out tasting pretty underwhelming and not at all like I remembered from coming here in the past. I grew up enjoying dining here as a child, so it’s really sad to see how much the vibe and quality have changed.

The only thing I actually liked was the peach drink — it still tastes just as good as I remember.
