I am attending a festival at a nearby hotel, and I was having difficulty with a delivery app for several large orders. Mashawn at this Panera went out of his way to make sure our group got our food. His kindness, patience, and excellent customer service are commendable! He was my angel of the day and I am so grateful for his hospitality. I stopped in for a hot cup of soup and sandwich. I got the Autumn soup and the blt sandwich. The star of the meal was the autumn soup! It was creamy and the perfect balance of seasonal spices. I was disappointed the soup was cold. I asked if they could heat up, but it was lukewarm, but I still ate all of it. The sandwich was ok. The reason for 4 stars the dining area needed attention (wipe down tables, sweep floors, etc)

The ice dispenser on the drink machine had black mold growing on the inside…when we brought it to the employees attention she just tossed out the napkins we use to wipe it out a little and did nothing about it.
Another customer took her cup up to the same employee showing her that something black was in her up after getting ice and the employee just shrugged it off like it was nothing.

This Panera is a wonderful bakery cafe and great place to stop in. There is a nice little outdoor seating area in the front and plenty of seating inside as well. The ordering area is spacious with plenty of room for crowds when the lunch rush hits. The staff here were super friendly, effortlessly assisting with my order when I had an issue. I would definitely come here again!

Placed a rapid pickup order because I was in a hurry. Got a notification that my order was ready on my way there. Got to the restaurant and couldn’t find my order. Was told it would be another 10 minutes before it is ready even though I was already notified it was ready. Asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait so I wrote down my order number and was told I’d get an email when the refund was complete. Never received a refund. Feel like I got scammed

Today, I visited this location for lunch and ordered the “You Pick Two” combo, which included a cup of Chicken Wild Rice soup and a half Tuna Salad sandwich. While the sandwich was fine, the soup was unfortunately not. Upon opening it after I left the store, I found it to be unappetizing and inedible.
I called the store shortly after to express my concern and ask for a refund or a credit. I asked to speak with a manager, but instead, I was relayed messages through a representative. I was told that the manager, Stephanie, would not offer a refund or credit, and she never personally came to the phone. I found this extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the situation involved a $5 item. This isn’t about the money—it’s about the principle of providing respectful and reasonable customer service.
As someone who has frequented Panera in the past, I expected a better standard of service and accountability.

Come Here At Least 3x A Week! Great location and staff, always accommodating and alway welcoming. I am also vegan, so I appreciate the patience as they help me create the perfect order for my particular palate. The baked goods are always fresh and way too inviting but man are they the bees knees! Can’t wait for lunch again!
