Absolutely disgusting & completely unacceptable. I ordered the #9 meal and discovered that one of the burgers had a dirty, gritty substance on it that appeared as though it had been dropped on the floor and still packaged for service. At first, I thought the bun was slightly burned, but when I tried to wipe it off, the residue transferred to my finger like dust or greasy floor debris.
I understand that eating fast food comes with certain risks, but this crosses the line and is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning to this treacherous location and will be contacting corporate to address this issue.
If you’re considering stopping here for a quick meal while running errands, I strongly suggest thinking twice.

I visited on a Saturday at dinnertime and there was nobody inside but me. The food was pretty quick to be ready and was made correctly with my customizations. 5 stars from my experience today.

Don’t go here. I get it, mcdonalds is pretty tasty usually… but its only tasty if they give you the right order. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, and got my friend a quarter pounder meal. Instead, we got a chicken sandwich and a hamburger… so we went through the drive thru again, and they told us to come inside. So, we did, and they had our meal. We asked if they needed the other meal back and we set it on the table. Someone in the back said “no” and then the rude cashier who already had no manners when she served us at the drive through, just took the bag and said, “ill take it.” She didnt even ask us lol, since it was technically ours. So yeah, crappy service and couldn’t get an order correct or even close lol.

Waited in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes so I was thinking I would have hot food when I got mine. Nope burger was cold, fries were way cold and looked they had been bagged for 20 minutes waiting on the burger. Wife’s chicken sandwich was hot which was a plus

Two times we ordered curd side two times we had to go in the store after waiting 15 minutes or better. Them two same times staff acted like they had no idea there was a curd side order. The first time they appeared to find it on the floor the last time they said we don’t have any orders I had to get my daughter from the car, to walk in with her phone, to prove it was ordered at that location and paid for. Staff is disgusting to customers they have no class are nasty people. If you plan on going through there drive through within 3 hours of closing time they will treat you like an inconvenience. They will forget your catchup mustard, pickles and sauce on purpose just to be petty. Dont waste your time here.

If I could leave a zero star review, I really would because this place is a piece of crap. We were here for almost 30 minutes waiting for our food and then we asked for the manager comes out and we talked to him and he said that he would go work on a refund five minutes later we get our food and ask about a refund and the manager said that he didn’t even remember saying that this place is a piece of crap so don’t even come here. The girl with black hair though was really nice. .

My order was completely wrong! Went through drive through. Ordered online. Didn’t give me part of my order and the part they did give me was incorrect! Called twice and no one answered. I was furious when I got home and they didn’t even give me a receipt.

13 minute wait on 2 drinks… But one bad experience doesn’t mean a bad restaurant. It’s a hit or miss with McDonald’s ordering, you get it fast or you have to wait a long time.

Worst drive through service ever. Multiple times I have pulled to a speaker for service and the other lane will get waited on before me. I waited for someone while two other vehicles got waited on before me and still did not have anyone acknowledge I was there. Absolutly rediculous. I did not wait and left and will never return.
