The new menu changes SUCK. So many good signature burgers are gone in favor of pizza. Remember when sweet potato fries were an ordinary side? Not anymore! Now they’re premium and cost $3 extra. Burgers are smaller, with fewer toppings offered. Red Robin claims the changes were to improve “quality”, but they were all just cost cutting measures that the company won’t admit to. A burger here is no different from the kind you’d get at Denny’s.

We had dinner here after purchasing my new VW. The service was great. The waitress was very nice, got us our drinks in a timely manner, explained the menu items we had questions about, brought appetizers timely before our main dishes and filled our drinks as they got low. Offered dessert before bringing the check. This was a great experience.

Came here about a week ago on Wednesday. It wasn’t very busy, and the service was actually really good — our waitress did a great job and I have no complaints there.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations this time. I ordered the classic burger along with teriyaki wings. The wings were good, but the burger itself was pretty subpar compared to what I remember from previous visits. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it definitely fell short of what I expect from Red Robin.
Not sure if it was just an off day or something going on in the kitchen, but because of this experience I’d probably skip the burgers here in the future. Service was solid, but the food quality this time around was disappointing.

The restaurant was barely half full when we arrived around 4PM.
It was just our party of two and there was no wait to be seated.
With as many empty tables and booths available, the waitress sat us at a two person booth barely big enough for two kids.
I asked the waitress if we could please be seated somewhere else with a little more room to sit and eat.
She said she would see and didn’t come back to our booth but poked her head from the cooking area and said nothing else was available.
At that point we left and went to eat somewhere else.
We were looking forward to eating there but I was not giving my business to a place more worried about having to clean a larger booth/table than our comfort while we ate.

My fiancé and I went to Red Robin tonight for dinner. It was his first time and the manager surprised us with a plate of bottomless fries and a coupon for our next visit. The food was excellent! Our waitress, Madison, was VERY nice and helpful. We will be back!

My husband and I both had specialty burgers both cooked to our liking. The food came out fast and the drinks were refilled in a timely manner. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit noisy in there for the lunch crowd but that’s to be expected with a full house.

The staff is all very friendly, all smiles! Our waitress was amazing. The restaurant is clean. My food was wonderful. The only complaint is that my husband’s burger was not very good. He said it tasted like it was cooked in a burnt pan, he didn’t like it at all. If it had not been for that I definitely feel I would of left 5 stars.

It’s a Red Robin. Food comes hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. Servers are pleasant, but some expect you to use the touch screen to re-order drinks, and don’t return to the table. This issue primarily exists in the bar area.

On a Saturday evening 45 mins before closing our server was much more interested in “closing” than good customer service. The manager was made aware & his response was “oh sorry about that” as he proceeded to shut the music and dismiss his staff TEN minutes to closing! Poor poor management & service. Corporate should be ashamed of this establishment.

First time at the at Red Robins and I must say I’m highly satisfied. Service was amazing, food was amazing, I had a bbq whisky burger and it was by far the best burger I ever had. They have a bbq campfire dipping sauce that was giving with the fries and it was by bar the best bbq sauce I ever had. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
