I always have a great experience there. As a night shift worker, I really appreciate the fact that they’re open 24/7. They’ve kept me from going without food when everyone else is closed on more than one occasion. I’m including a photo of a meal I got at 11pm the other night. Everything is fresh and great even late at night.

I know this Hardees has got a lot of poor reviews but was also under poor management. The NEW manager is really great!!! Heather is kind and accommodating and I have had a great experience with the quality of food and service. The manager works to help the employees and does a great job!

They got my order right, which is rare, while also genuinely putting extra tomato on my sandwich, which is also a rarity. The new Sparklers taste great, and they have the best Frisco in all of fast food. Their apple turnovers are also delicious, one of the best cheap pies I’ve ever had.

I like Hardee’s for the most part.. Getting your order right is clearly a challenge for them.. Last time I was there, they forgot our fries. I checked before I left, so no issue.. Today I ordered a double Frisco and got a single one.. I paid for a double… I checked for the fries, but assumed all the other details were good… I really hate unpacking everything to make sure the order is right… That’s kinda what you need to do…

Every time I come to this Hardee’s, something is currently not working, or they are out of something. It’s not just a couple of times over the year that I’ve been coming; it is that way 9 out of 10 times. They have this young girl working there, and you can tell she just doesn’t care and is rude.
It’s a very poor place; I wish they could step it up because I like Hardee’s.

They are so slow! I stood in line for a decent time just to watch the workers make 7 drive thru orders and ignore me and the couple in front of me. Rude staff, especially in the drive thru. The whole reason I came in was because last time the tall, burly lady with dirty blonde hair who never gives her name and even goes under other names when she’s manning the drive thru, threw my food at me out the drive thru window. Will NOT be coming here again. Best believe!!

11/3/2025 @ 0825 Went through the drive thru and ask for the “original bag” but with hash rounds instead of fry’s. The lady taking orders stated I could have it during lunch but not breakfast. I tried to tell her the Hot Hams are a breakfast item and she talked over me saying just lunch, told her I have been getting the original bag for over a year without and issues. and she was dismissive like she didn’t care about the customer service part of her job. So I went to the one on brookville road, lady was super polite and friendly and said it wasn’t any problem putting the order in. So it came down to one store staffing being lazy. (there was only 1 car in the drive thru ) Recommend just going to brookville road or southeastern and washington street
