I ordered 2 large Big Mac meals. The burgers wasn’t even room temp, it was ice cold! They were not busy – 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon! The large fries was probably less than half full – see the picture!

I recommend never coming here, workers can’t understand anything we are saying because there is a language barrier. We pull up to the window and waited for a very long time and no one showed up, so we drove to the next window thinking maybe they said to go to that window, and we turn around and see they gave our food to someone else. We walk inside to ask for our food and explain what went on, and there is a line of people standing waiting to order and they don’t care! We had to ask several times across the counter for someone to help us, and when someone did come over she just shrugged and said that “everything is through the app”and walked away not even knowing our situation. So they take your money and don’t care if you get your food or not.

This Ana lady was very rude after I was kind to her and politely asked for ketchup and she lied and said it was in my bag when clearly was not. When I asked for ketchup again she ignored me and shoved the drinks in my face and then I said no can I please get some ketchup she turned around and got ketchup and shoved it in my bag and it almost felt to the floor. She had to call her manager Carlos to come talk to me.

Solid McDonald’s location! Food is consistent, service is usually quick, and the staff is friendly. Drive-thru moves at a good pace, and the restaurant is kept fairly clean. Sometimes it gets busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a dependable spot for a quick meal or coffee on the go.

Could some please explain this to me how this is considered a medium ice coffee when on the exact label it says “Fountain Teas, Iced coffees”????? MARKED SMALL IN YELLOW.
They charged me a medium and says this is considered medium. I’ve never been to McDonald’s and they give me a size like this when it clearly says SMALL ICED COFFEE. I went in to get this corrected and rejected the clearly stated label.

5 star restaurant called McDonalds popped up on my GPS. It’s an amazing and magical place. If you have a craving for Fish n Chips you can get a fillet o fish sandwich. It’ll set you straight.

Lol, So the lady at the pickup window tells me to pull up to the extra pickup window for a coffee order ☕ fine. And then proceeds to start handing me something. I mean if you’re trying to confuse people congratulations congratulations. I had already started pulling forward and she wondered if I wanted what she was trying to hand me. Yeah, I guess if I have a lunch order go ahead and give me my drink and fries at the first window because I can wait for fresh food in the next. Please make your process more complicated. We are all begging you. pending star for the coffee
