We came here with friends for trivia night and had a great time. Our food was great, very generous portions!! We didn’t luck out very much with waitresses, though. Overall, it was a good experience.

The food is pretty good but the portions are tiny! I got the nachos and the plate was really small, used to be much bigger. Also got wings with curley fries, had to pay $3 extra to “upgrade” to curly fries and the portion was tiny. I posted a picture of the “upgraded” fries to show how small they were. Food was good but way over priced for the portions.

I’ve never had a “bad” experience and the wings are decent. The place is just low effort. The food is always not warm enough, smells like a dirty mop most visits, I never feel great when I leave the place, and the staff are unmotivated. With a prime spot in downtown Rome, I would think a sports bar could put forth more effort for its patrons.

Food and service are exceptional! You only get one ranch with your order of 10 wings and fries. I got an extra ranch and a honey mustard and they charge me an extra dollar and $1.30, I think that’s pretty ridiculous. Enjoy the money you got from me for sauce

I’m very angry and disappointed in Jeffersons! On the day of Scnauzerfest, my friends and I went to Jeffersons for lunch. I had my service dog with me with her collar and ID with me. When I walked in they said, “We don’t allow pets.” I replied, “She’s a service dog and here’s her ID.” They nodded their head and just walked away. They claimed they were going to get the manager but just walked to the back of the restaurant and just dilly-dallied. So I walked out! On their website they even say they accept service dogs, and, in fact, all public places are supposed to allow service dogs with valid IDs, which I had!!!!!! I was floored! I’m sure they don’t care, but I’ll never go there again! SUPER UPSET!!!!!

We go to Jefferson’s in Rome just for the Chili. They always get rid of it and the owners said they try to keep it around but the Corporate won’t let them. Please Keep the Chili year round it is Great!! I crave it!

Good was good. Service was okay but we waited over an hour for a wrap and a sandwich. I know they were busy but we watched 4 tables come in after us and get their food first.
At first I put 3 stars but after waiting over 20 minutes to be cashed out. I’m down grading to 2. The supervisor for whatever reason would not let the waitress use a different POS to cash is out. It was ridiculous. We sat and watched them take the receipt paper out of the machine 6 times. Which did nothing considering the system was frozen.

They almost knocked my husband down pushing through no courtesies are excuse me is the food looked great on most dishes, except for the hamburger steak dish with two sides it was $13.99 plus tax and the hamburger patty look like it was made for a very small child . I just didn’t see where it should cost that much for 3 ounces of meat… judge for yourselves but overall still had a good time for my birthday

When visiting Rome, this restaurant seemed to have something for everyone in our group, so we decided to eat lunch here.
We walked in, two servers saw us coming in, but neither acknowledged us. No, “Welcome, we’ll be with you asap”. Or anything. Still, we sat down, optimistic to have a good meal.
The waiter makes her way to us, tosses the menus on the table and asks what we want, just like that. No greeting, no smile. Almost as if we were bothering her with our presence.
We walked out and ate at Mellow Mushroom, where we were greeted and treated like a valued customer.
