Living close by my son sometimes requests TB for lunch/dinner. Today my wife and I went through the drive thru ordering (2) chicken quesadillas, (1) cheese quesadilla without creamy jalapeño sauce and double cheese. In addition we also had (2) beef soft tacos and (1) cheesy fiesta potato. My wife specifically requested that the potato’s be made fresh as this particular restaurant tends to not like to keep the potatoes fresh..I’m assuming the potatoes are cooked and placed into a warmer until they’re sold. I have also been told some time ago that the potatoes are only to be kept for a certain period of time in the warmer. My frustration in bothering to write this lengthy review is rooted in that this has happened the last 4 or 5 times that we have purchased meals there and the fiesta potatoes are very good, IF the potatoes are actually somewhat fresh. When they aren’t, similar to the last several times of our visits, they (the potatoes) are dried and shriveled, taste burnt, and almost metallic. Lastly, the double cheese quesadilla had less cheese than the chicken quesadillas we ordered. Now that we’ve spent 30$ On meals, 10$ of which was wasted, the potatoes were not fit to eat, the double cheese quesadilla had almost a slice of cheese. Beyond frustrated and I am left wondering, do managers or employees not have standards or expectations and if so, why are they not being adhered to?
To be fair, I’ve eaten at many different franchises across the state as I travel for work and sometimes TB is the only place open; many times even these TB’s have the same problems with their potatoes. This is just a bit more frustrating when several years ago our TB here on Reynolds Rd, in Bryant used to be excellent. Sadly we cannot say that any longer. My advice to other individuals looking for a good meal is to take the extra while and make your own food, at least at the supermarket the food is fresh and you can be sure you’re getting what you’re paying for.

They only gave me a few pieces of chicken and also in my steak quesadillas, but it was literally 6 pieces of chicken on it. I was going to let it go let it go, but as I kept eating it, it was literally no meat or cheese in quesadilla and I was eating only tortilla wrap And they had no beef available tonight.7/4:2033, they said it wasn’t ready, meaning that they didn’t want to thaw any out. About to go back and get my money back.

So my husband went and picked up Taco Bell for us for dinner tonight around an hour ago, so about 9 PM because I’m pregnant and all I wanted was Taco Bell he brings it home. I’m eating my nachos halfway through my nachos. I noticed there is a deep fried bug of sorts in food which prompted me to promptly throw up all of my food. My husband then proceeded to call Taco Bell to inform them of this, and when he spoke with the night supervisor or manager, he was not apologetic or empathetic at all and offered for my husband to come and get remade food Which my husband then had to tell him, we are not interested in eating any more food from this location which then he offered a refund with a little bit of an attitude because of this I would probably never be eating Taco Bell again, beware Everything is not ground beef.
Update the night manager didn’t come to the window to speak to my husband and only gave him a refund for the nachos and not to they rest of the food that was thrown away

I ordered a online order for my family, I did 2 cravings boxes, a beef chalupa and a nacho bell grande. Both cravings boxes had tomatoes and beans when I asked for none. Nachos had tomatoes that I asked for none. Beef chalupa was not in the bag instead we received chips and cheese. Drinks were chosen as large on the app. When we arrived I brought to the cashiers attention that we paid for large drinks. Cashier proceeded to hand me two medium drinks staring “ we don’t have large sorry. We were not any alternatives to the the medium even though we paid for large. Chips were over salted. We also waited over 15mins for this disaster of an order ! Do yourself a favor and go else where !

Literally the worst. Lol. It’s actually comedic how bad the staff is here. There is some skinny white kid with dyed hair and he might take the cake for worst customer service ever. “The lobby closes at 9:30pm” as it is 9:19 pm blocking the doors with trash cans and the lobby lights are off at 9 pm. I live here and have yet to have one single good experience. If it’s past 9 pm, go ahead and assume an hour minimum wait time. Not to mention that the orders are Literally wrong 100% of the time. I keep coming back here which is my fault, but I’ve been waiting for the one time I have a decent experience. Looks like the wait continues lol.
