So dirty inside! All the tables had either drinks spilled, ketchup splattered or crumbs all over. Floors were sticky also. I sat down in their dining room to eat, and the table i was sitting at, I had to clean with napkins. Everything just grossed me out. There was so many of them in the kitchen, just standing and two employees also sitting down, in the dining area also, while they were on their phones. So it’s not like they were busy. I was the only customer in there for the whole half hour. At one point I needed ketchup, so I went up to the counter and asked the lady if I can have some ketchup. She handed me the container of where they store their ketchup and it was mostly empty and couldn’t help but notice how filthy the container was with crumbs all over. It just looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. This is the same ketchup that they are putting in bags with food! They were also leaking? All the packets I got had dried ketchup stuck on them. I didn’t even bother using them. Disgusting!
I’ve been at other McDonald’s where it was spotless and you could eat off the floor! Definitely not this one. Avoid it if you can!

This particular McDonald’s was actually nice. I think because the location it was in, made it nicer than most typical McDonald’s. I went in and it was dirty, empty napkin and straw holders etc… the employees here were helpful though. The food came out fast. Not many people inside maybe one other person. Drive thru seemed busy though.

Me & My parents and I went to this McDonald’s this past Saturday July-1-23, the food was actually hot and fresh, and it tasted really good. The only big compliment was that the service was extremely slow. The manager Alberto was very helpful. All the employees were nice. The restaurant seemed pretty clean . We dined in , and used our McDonald’s app. No complaints really. Other than the slow service.

For starters, this has happened twice with the same woman… could not even understand the woman running the drive thru was saying… mumbling, talking too fast, and wasn’t even close to speaking clearly. she was a hispanic woman, which is fine, but i could not understand a SINGLE thing she said through the mic… I repeated everything i ordered as i couldn’t understand her… I confirmed on the screen. And it was still wrong, Asked for no mayo, as i have an allergy to it. which i also stated , and still got it on BOTH my mcchickens… Maybe put somebody who can speak fluent english, or is atleast understandable or wombody who is bi-lingual…. As a paying customer anywhere, you should get as you ask…. and it’s frustrating because this has happened twice at this location to me. and i won’t go back to this location, which sucks cuz it’s conveniently on my way home from work….

Incredible service! I stopped by today between 6:30 and 7, and the drive-thru staff—especially the young man helping me was so kind and polite. He truly went above and beyond, and honestly deserves a raise. Everything was great from start to finish. This is officially my favorite McDonald’s location. I’ll definitely be coming back often!

The food was decent, however, the dining room was quite dirty, the card reader at the kiosk didn’t work and I was not going to pay $5.29 for an order of large french fries so I just use my rewards points for a free sandwich and I paid for a McFlurry and a coat

With the pricing service McDonald’s has makes other burger places look like a better deal. It had been a while since last there and will most likely be a long time before going back. If you can see the pic requested no tomato and who’d of thought simple request seems to be too complicated

Food and staff are great. The manager there has awesome communication with her staff. She is definitely a boss I could work for. Very respectful towards her employees and customers. Always has a happy and energetic attitude that shines bright. Huge plus because I love to request visits at places like this. Her and her staff are very polite. Food is always on key. Never had any mistakes made. Definitely one of the few places I can sit and eat WITHOUT pulling up a bunch to make sure it was made right.
