This is the most grossed food ever. I just went in and talked to flor and she was so rude and then when I told her I threw it away last night when this happened and she said I should of driven 30 min back to get my food remade and/or a refund. That is something that I would expect from a mgr and even a get told they did not answer there phone when I kept calling last night that there phone is broken. So I wonder how many more people got sick from this place.

I hate this McDonald’s so much. They mess up on so many orders. And this is the only one that DoorDash it lets us deliver from. I am allergic to onions and they constantly keep doing this. I’m gonna call the health department i can’t get a refund.I don’t have a vehicle where I can go back up there and try to get another sandwich. If y’all would just follow the directions and pay attention and do stuff slowly, maybe stuff won’t get messed up because the ingredients for this sandwich is sitting right here on a piece of paper.

I ordered a good amount of food today, 2/11/2026 at around 3:51pm, and when I asked for buffalo sauce, I was told I had to pay 32 cents per packet. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of something like that—every other McDonald’s gives you buffalo sauce without charge. I’ve been to this location many times and never had an issue until now.
McDonald’s prices are already high enough, and now they’re nickel and diming over sauce? Definitely won’t be back. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Young gal at window was very helpful and nice but manager wanted to shoe us away with regular cokes when we ordered frozen cokes. They offered we could wait 3 to 4 minutes in the reserved drive thru lane. We waited 45 minutes. Until we decided to leave with no cokes. I will not be coming to this location again sorry Ronald my friend. Maybe time for new management.
Had to go to the location on 91st and the difference is night and day off the receipts alone.

WORST COFFEE EVER. I thought it was convenient to be able to stop by this McDonalds for my daily morning coffee & for a while it was, until February 11th 2026. For some reason the coffee was absolutely disgusting. As if chemicals or bodily fluids were added to it. I even took it back for a fresh one and got the same result. Their coffee needs to be tested because that is unforgettable. I definitely WON’T be returning. EVER. I went to a different location & got the correct coffee. So the problem was definitely them.

There was a girl with pink hair who probably didn’t think anything of it but she was beyond helpful. I had two seperate orders and she was so quick with getting them to me, offered to open the door when she saw my hands full…its little things like this at a fast food restaurant most wont bother to do but its noticeable when someone goes above and beyond.

Pathetic customer service. I got to the drive thru at 10:20 for BREAKFAST today. By the time I finally get close to the menu to order there was one lady in a car in front of me. At this point it’s 10:25. She asked them what time does lunch start? Then proceeded to wait for lunch and the employee let her! As many times I’ve been rushed just to browse the menu it’s bullshit to allow someone to sit there for that long. I even yelled to the lady why are you not ordering??? She said she’s waiting for something. FINALLY my turn (of course menu changed over at this point) I get told twice to wait a minute. So wasting more time…. then to be told they can’t serve breakfast which is bullshit considering it was their fault for allowing the lady to sit there and wait instead of making her pull around to get back in line after 10:30. No apology or professionalism whatsoever. No customer care at all! Then was refused service. Such a joke

Absolutely disgusting experience. The McNuggets were stale, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting out far too long. The French fries were just as bad, they tasted like cardboard and had no flavor at all. Everything was nasty tasting and completely unacceptable for a place that serves fast food. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Definitely will not be returning.
