Only a few people in at the time, and just did a long drive so we wanted something to eat. Not use to the interaction of the workers with each other, but it was good with us, however, the food really wasn’t worth what I paid for it. Fries were cold and the container wasn’t filled up like a normal serving of them, and the BaconNator looked more like a “Son of the BaconNator” and that was honestly very disappointing. Just really wish it was better.

Breakfast nasty warm up sandwiches nothing is fresh! Cashier dump all sauce ketchup creamer you name it on top of my food with old potato wedges. Had go back re order fresh wedges. Cashier was upset with nasty attitude do yourself favor check your food!

Order was WRONG for one. I asked for one thing and got a whole meal. Then I had weave hair in my fries. Wouldn’t recommend this location. And service was poor I was never told my total and I didn’t receive a receipt. She wasn’t even listening to my order I asked for a burger and she asked what I wanted for sauce and drink.

I’m a big Wendy’s fan when it comes to their food, but this location had issues, especially with the food—note after one day from eating from this Wendy’s, I wake up with a mucus-filled sore throat and snotty nose, including my little brother. I believe the food wasn’t properly sanitized when preparing for my family, plus, my mom had to go back to get her chicken sandwich redone because it was stale and hard for her to eat—did they even try?! Absolutely unbelievable. Please, Silver Spring Wendy’s, Managers should keep track on your employees, even while prepping for customers to prevent them from getting sick or food poisoned. This should be common for every restaurant!

I arrived to pick up a customer’s DoorDash order and parked my car, trying the lobby, as the app instructed me. The first door that I attempted to open was unlocked, so I went in and waited at the counter. Since the lobby wasn’t supposed to be open, no one checked up front, which makes sense. It took me a while to get the attention of an employee, and when I finally did, he stared at me as if I had picked the lock. He then stated that he didn’t know how I was there because the door was locked. By this time, I was already past the time in which I was supposed to have grabbed the customer’s food. I asked if the employee would like me to go through the drive-through instead, to which he said he would.

Since the customer had placed the order long before, I pulled up behind the vehicle that was at the pick-up window. Since the driver Behind me, he just ordered, I had no reason to think that I was somehow forcing him or her to wait any longer.

But I got to the window, the staff told me that I had skipped in line and refused to give me the Customer’s order until I drove around the building and got in line again. This caused me, and more importantly, the customer, to have to wait another 20 minutes.

Just an unfortunate and disappointing experience.

The manners of workers is as if they are being bothered. They attempt to deny valid coupons. When want food fresh the female staff react with issue. So workers don’t give safe food to eat, get an attitude when presented with valid coupon as if problem with how customer wants to spend their money, and has issue with customer wanting food fresh.

Okay folks my wife been talking about I want a biggie bag ever since she been seeing that commercial TV so yesterday went to the Wendy’s on silver spring and got both of us a biggie bag she got the double stack I got the deluxe chicken sandwich she said her Burger was good but the letters was old both our fries is dry the chicken nuggets was cold chicken sandwich was horrible chicken patty with rubbery the bacon wasn’t cooked the bread was soggy it was terrible if you advertise some on TV for the American public cuz we pay our money to eat at your restaurant make sure our food look like you advertise you need to train your employees!!!!!!!!!

If I can give zero star, I would. Horrible service and salad wasn’t even fresh anymore, just look at the pic. Also, missing almonds and pecans for the salad and staff were rude when they were pointed out on it. Never will I go again. Nasty place. For the money I paid, I should have gone elsewhere.

I went through drive through and was sitting there almost 30 minutes before I made it to order. It was 3 cars in front of me but it never takes that long(fast food) inexcusable. I told the lady exactly what I wanted,she repeated it back to me and I still got COMPLETELY what I did not order. First, I ordered a double bourbon bacon cheese burger and I requested to add everything on it. Literally, I got home and the sandwich had cheese bacon & a DRIP of bourbon sauce. Not even the crispy onions that are supposed to come on there-like seriously????? Let me not forget that once I made it to the pay window, I waited an additional 6-8 minutes. I also ordered my daughter a biggie bag with a (JR BACON CHEESEBURGER) that’s only supposed to come with beef,bacon,cheese,lettuce,tomato,and mayo. I said NO lettuce or tomato,because my baby doesn’t eat it. Of course,they couldn’t get that right either. Instead they gave her a jr.cheeseburger-like COME ON!!!!! I was so upset because this ADDS pickles WHICH MY BABY IS ALLERGIC TO! & onions which she hates!!!!!! I was just soooooo over the whole thing. I paid approximately $30 for my two meals that were completely wrong. At that point I was like at least they got the drinks right. Mind you, I noticed this all when I got home, because I assumed there is No Way Possible they could get this wrong with the amount of time I waited but boyyyyy was I wrong! Moral of the story, always check your food BEFORE you pull off. I was so exhausted that I didn’t even go back to have my order fixed. It just felt pointless and too long of a drive back. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
