Cute and cozy restaurant – it certainly feels like a family environment! The staff was so welcoming and kind, plus the food was so yummy! We tried the Yooper, Lumberjack breakfast, the steak & eggs, as well as the biscuits and gravy (omgggg so good) and of course a sweet roll! They’re HUGE and DELICIOUS! 🙂

One word of advice, go to Hilltop Restaurant hungry! My husband and I both ordered the Northern breakfast and it was delicious. The hash browns were very tasty and the biscuits and gravy were outstanding. The biscuits were very light and fluffy and the sausage gravy was delicate and not overwhelming. Their famous cinnamon roll is large enough for 2-4 people honestly; we took it to go. We don’t usually go out to breakfast, but Hilltop was definitely worth it!

First time here, GREAT food! The Hickory BBQ burger was phenomenal. Amazing taste, cooked to perfection, hamburger buns were fluffy yet crispy, cheese and bacon were a nice touch. The sauce was great. The golden fried Chicken tender basket was great as well. To top it all off we had to get a cinnamon roll!

❤️ French onion soup tasted lovely, their fries with sourcream dip is good.
Too many croutons in soup resulting in a mushy sludge, the bread altough soft tastes like unbaked dough and wasnt for me. Rib sandwich was just bread with roastbeef n nothing else, that somehow took 40 min to make.
All in all ok place for a family meal

Cinnamon rolls and bread were fantastic! We got it to go. The roll pictured is in a full size dinner plate. 5 adults shared a roll… we got 4 so we had several to share.

Service was good and food came out very quickly. The cinnamon rolls were BIG and good; but they go a little tough from microwaving them. If they cut them in half, grilled them and then iced them before serving, you’d have something superior.
