I’ve always liked Nancy’s but it seems like the last couple of years their service and quality has gone down hill. Picked up a quick dinner tonight and was extremely disappointed. Both burgers were completely raw and when we called to see how this could be resolved, I was told my name would be added to a list to get a free burger next time we’re in. $50 spent on inedible food, and needless to say we won’t be returning.

I drive 20bmins roundtrip out of my way after work to visit this place and they never, ever disappoint. I don’t think I can visit other burger joints anymore, I crave the taste for the price. Their food is good overall, they have a good variety of foods items. Good customer service, but sometimes I try to order a shake, and they tell me their machine is down. Which is weird because it was happened to me multiple times already . They always insisted their machine is down, which is a shame because their shakes are really good. First off… the food is amazing. Dare I say best burger in town? Amazing fries with good fry sauce. A regular sauce fry is enough to feed at least 3 people.

I had not been to Nancy Jo’s in a long time. Was invited to lunch by a co-worker and remembered how awesome the burgers were. Highly recommend for flavor and topping choices. Also, the staff at Lancaster were very kind and energetic toward all customers creating a good atmosphere to dine.

I haven’t ate there in 5 years I ate there yesterday and the burgers and fries were excellent we got our order open up and it looked just like the picture on the wall my wife said it was the best cheese burger she had in a long time and me so delicious I ate the whole hamburger and didn’t feel sick.
