Im not sure what the young woman’s name was in the drive-through, but I feel like this store would definitely benefit from putting her somewhere else. I find it extremely rude to tell someone thank you multiple times or to have a good day and they completely ignore you but then they’re quick to turn the screen around to ask you for a tip. I’d definitely recommend going a half mile up the street to the other bayou location for better service.

I just want to say thank you for everything and Cameron you are a great worker at Starbucks including Charlie I don’t know if I heard that Starbucks are going to be closing I heard they said they were going to be closing I think they close some already I think someone in Arizona and California I’m just trying to inform you but I really do miss you guys including Sierra because I appreciate her having that lovely hat that she always wears and I really like her a lot thank you wo for being a great manager yes I really miss you guys yeah it’s going to be all this week in the 20s here in Arizona it’s absolutely freezing yes like I said I got three blankets on me and it’s absolutely freezing I wish I was in Pensacola but I’m not thinking about going back but if it does not work out here then I’ll be there when I get tired of here I’m not when it’s snowing over there I’ll go there when it’s probably in the spring probably close to my birthday I’ll go there and after that know what I mean was I miss Cameron he was a good guy there and he always been sweet to me and I appreciate him including Rob he’s very good too appreciate his work towards his customers oh guys keep up the good work

This Starbucks location is definitely the best in Pensacola. I’ve visited multiple times a day with friends and family, and the experience is always phenomenal. The baristas are extremely friendly, the building is clean, and the drinks are always made correctly. It’s my go-to spot for morning and afternoon coffee and a great atmosphere to hang out. Highly recommend.

So I went to this Starbucks today and ended up getting this partially in my mouth through the opening of my coffee. It was extremely gross. I did call and speak with the supervisor which was extremely nice. However I will not be returning for anything to this location as this is not something I want to chance experiencing again. It appears to be a Splenda packet which has likely been touched by someone hands which probably have all kinds of germs on it. Just unsanitary in my opinion. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

The youth working here are lazy and have terrible customer service. They looked at me like I was a piece of trash and couldn’t even explain nothing about the coffee I wanted to order. This isn’t even a real Starbucks. Plus there food looked old and dry. My coffee sat on the counter for five minutes before I went up there and they said here’s your coffee and walked off. Very Rude

I agree with Kristen’s review. This is my go to Starbucks and used to be the best Starbucks. I continue coming here because I have built a bond with some of the baristas who has been there for a while. I came in March 16, March 21, March 26, and Today March 30th. All of these visits my drinks were bitter and flavorless as if something was missing. I keep returning in hopes that it will get better but I’m starting to lose hope. 🙁

SUPER rude young man named Noah in the drive through today. I understand it’s a busy time but it seemed like he was maybe upset about another customer and taking it out on us. Not polite at all and made us feel like we were a nuisance. I hope he’s able to bounce back from whatever mood he was in but maybe some more training or supervision is needed for him until he really gets his bearings in customer service. Ruined our whole visit.
