I was having troubles at the kiosk. I turned to get some assistance. And I stood there for approximately about 5 minutes. While all of the 4 workers that were on duty looked at me, obviously sound me standing there and one of them grabbed his own food and walked out the door ignoring me completely. The kiosk has created it to where the workers do not have to pay attention to anybody in the store. Anymore and I had sucked because Taco Bell was one of my favorite places. The people used to be really good and now they don’t care enough to pay attention to nobody. Especially when they’re having troubles with the kiosk, they don’t care.This whole chaos scene is created a bunch of group of people that don’t care about customers.Anymore, so I am no longer attending or going to talk about regardless

Use the app to order online was told our order be ready by 12:17 we did not get our order till 12:34 place was not busy and we actually sat there and waited. Took over 3 minutes to even get noticed waiting at the counter I just think the app could be a little bit better with working with the employees in the store. I ordered through UberEats and I didn’t get the avocado crispy chicken wrap, but instead got a tiny side of potatos and 2 sides of cinnamon twists. The rest of my order was correct. I called to let them know, thinking maybe two different orders got mixed together, as a heads up. Turns out they were out of the wrap and the girl who answered started listing off several other tacos and whatnot that they had given me to make up for it. I let her know I did not get any of that and just got the cinnamon twists and a tiny potato side. She gasped, apologized, said they tried their best to accommodate me and then said if I’m able to I can always come down to the store during open hours and let someone know I didn’t get my item or that my order was messed up and “hopefully” they can help me out then… I just feel like I paid more than what was offered to me as a replacement and I don’t appreciate how that’s ok to do and not fully offer what someone actually paid for. I just wanted a late night snack and now I’m pretty bummed.

Every time I get a Mexican pizza or tostada, the toppings/sauce are ALL to one side of the box as if they put it in the bag sideways and shook up purposely. Have been there now almost 10 different times and this happens EVERY single time.
I don’t understand why it keeps happening- I usually open it within second after leaving the drive-through and it looks like they just threw it in the bag.

I went back in today to give them another chance – and when I pulled out of the drive-through with the bag flat on my lap still, parked and opened it- and this is what I see(picture)! Like how hard is it to just put the toppings on there I don’t understand. The lady at the drive-through window did not put it sideways.

I was so annoyed I walked back into the store, showed the drive-through worker that I just saw- she went over to talk to the two ladies working making the food and said something to them in Spanish- then she comes back and tells me it’ll be remade. I didn’t even necessarily want it. I just told her this keeps happening and I wanted to know why. It legitimately seems like they are just pissed off at their jobs or something. The two ladies at the lake station kept looking over and giggling at me. And then handed me my food didn’t apologize nothing. I’m not eating it of course because I don’t have a clue what they could’ve done to the food and by the way, they were acting. I definitely don’t trust it now. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. Went onto the corporate website and put another complaint in. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I get it’s just cheap fast food but it’s the point of it. I wasn’t rude or mean or Karen at all so unsure why they continuously keep messing up the food purposely. Will not be going will start just going to Del taco instead.

No lettuce, no tomatoes on tacos
2 crunchy tacos
1 bean burrito
7 Fire Sauce
6 Mild Sauce

All 4 taco shells were stale. Pizza had tomatoes. Taco had lettuce on it through cross contamination. Given Fire sauce and Hot sauce, no mild. The employees at this location either just don’t care, need further training, or are just plain stupid. But somehow, they deserve higher pay?! Minimum skill deserves minium pay. Plain and simple.

I tried to contact Taco Bell via both website and app, but it won’t allow me to. Seems like they block complaints or negative feedback.
