They always have good food and service, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu I feel. I ordered the shrimp Mexican style ( camaron a la Mexicana), delicious and lightly spicy ❤️.

The food we received was not what we ordered. I was also charged a $7 setup fee for sharing a platter with my spouse. I informed the cashier of these issues and he said a quick sorry and went about his business. We will not return.

My family normally loves this place and go a few times a month. The last couple times was bad. The food was wrong or bad. Today i ordered my normal and the plate was really hot so i thought my food would be hot but it wasn’t. It was ice cold so they took it back to fix it and i’m pretty sure they just microwaved it which would be fine if they didn’t overheat it and make it taste like rubber. As we was leaving, the cashier asked how everything was I said not good at all and he Didn’t acknowledge anything I said. We will definitely be taking a break from going here.

I have not been to chelinos in yearsss! But my sister posted a margarita flight and I had to come try it! it was so worth it! I had the margarita flight which came with 4 margaritas to try. I had the strawberry,blackberry,peach,and lemon-lime. I loved the blackberry and peach. It was $13 definitely would order again they were so cute and tiny but perfect for me since I don’t drink much. My bf had 2 standard margaritas and for $11 they came in a pretty big glass. The food was great as well. Service was fast and friendly.

The overall experience is one that I would not recommend. We travel all over and this was by far one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. The waitress was great, prompt, and helpful. Our food was subpar and definitely not fresh. The enchiladas were soaked in so much grease that there was nothing else to taste. The fajita meat was more like chopped beef. I ordered a margarita flight that came out warm and was not the margarita flight advertised. I had to put ice in each glass just to cool it off to even try a sip. After addressing it with the waitress she informed the bartender stepped away and someone else made it. There was no salt on the rim or ice at all. The environment was even less enjoyable as we couldn’t hear our own table conversation because the kitchen staff music was blaring and the clanking of the plates and glasses in the busser area. My husband tried to address our encountered issues with the manager at the front but all the while we were getting glares from all the wait staff and it was really unprofessional the way he was speaking to us. Our kids even commented how rude he was treating us. To say the least, we will not be back and never recommend this establishment.

Sorry…We started eating before we took pictures. The food is just so Amazing! My family of 5 love eating here. Chelino’s always strives to do better than the day before. Thank you to the cooks and staff for making our lunch better than the last.

Fajitas is still the best value food in terms of quantity. The quality can of the food can be improved though. Overall, still a good place and will try again a few more times. Customer service is great.

I love the casual-ness of this restaurant. There is always a table available without having to wait for one. The food is authentic Mexican and the prices in line with today’s economy. The service WITH A SMILE is excellent. Ruben, the manager makes sure the patrons are getting all of their expectations met.

Been waiting in the front for at least 10 minutes and even the girl who is a hostess never greeted me but yet sat down other customers. I then turned around to let her know I have a pick up order. She tells me that I need to wait and somebody will be with me while she is just standing there…that is poor customer service and just plain lazy… you need to go in the back and you need to double check for me like any normal employee would. I’ve been in the restaurant business and just because it may not be your position. You still try to assist.
