Over all if you want some country table food, it’s a great place to go. Instead of shrimp or Chinese or BBQ everywhere, this place gives you the comfort food that every country person enjoys on a day to day basis. They waiters just bring you drinks and every time I been there they don’t come to the table enough to keep a glass of tea filled. I had to go to the front counter multiple times just to get more drink. And I don’t just tip cause it’s expected anymore. If I don’t get treated right or served a glass of tea and that’s all they have to focus on every table then no I’m not tipping. I even went when it wasn’t busy and they still ignored my table. During busy hours I get it and I will even wait 10-15 mins on the waiter cause I know they are running but this last time I went. He even came to the table and said I’m sorry I haven’t came and checked on yall at all, is there anything I can get for yall. And I said yeah please get me some more tea. He did, and we finished our food and I waited 10 mins for my to-go cup and I didn’t even see the guy around my area anywhere so I went to the front to get my to-go cup and then all of a sudden he popped up. I get you may be busy but at least check on your tables at least 2 times within 2 hours. We say there a long time cause we were wasting time until my husbands doctor appointment. But over all I give the place 4 Stars cause I make my own food and I can even pick my table, but don’t expect a drink fastly. That’s the only thing the servers are responsible for and they don’t check to many times while you are there

Worst dining experience I’ve had in Meridian. Paid $75 for 4, bbq and seafood buffet. Only red meat available, overcooked ribs and some sausage drenched in bbq sauce. Catfish was the only thing edible. Dining room was poorly lit, dirty and tight. They did offer some fine after dinner entertainment, via the lady next to us whipping out her extendable back scratcher and commence to hitting all those after buffet itches. If you are up for testing out your immune system, I’d say give it a shot.

We got the Buffet, and also ordered one steak. The steak was incredible. Tender, great portion size, and delicious. The salad bar was fresh, and well-stocked. Nothing was empty. The ham and mashed potatoes were great, and the catfish was excellent. Everyone was in-line awaiting the rolls, because they are just that good. The cinnamon rolls called out to me, but my blood-sugar held me back.. dangit.

To their credit it was very busy, and it took time to bring us our drinks and silverware. I noticed some of the salad plates, while they’d been cleaned recently, still had old food stuck to them. There was a wait for dessert dishware too. This all seemed to be because it was Sunday rush.
Overall atmosphere was family-oriented and everyone was friendly. We would visit again.

Really awesome buffet ! .
I went there on a Sunday last Sunday and I enjoyed some really great fried Chicken fish roast beef and I barely had room for dessert but I had a really nice dessert some really great cake then had some coffee with desert it was really delicious an awesome young lady by the name of Caitlin took great care of me and provided awesome service . She kept checking in with me and making sure that I had enough to drink and then I got more coffee when I needed it she went above and beyond the call of duty and I’ll definitely be coming back. Also the cashiers were really awesome as well and one of the workers in the back made sure that there was always plenty of mashed potatoes so I’ll definitely be coming back.
If you’re there and you happen to get the honor and privilege of having Caitlin as your server make sure to give her a great tip as I can assure you she will earn it.

We paid 15.99 for each adult for buffet at 6 pm. Granted, there were a lot of items to choose. From fried chicken, fried catfish, BBQ ribs, etc. I had some shrimps but didn’t like it, they were very mushy and didn’t think they were fresh. The dinner area was relatively small, I had to cramp up in my chair between tables. They provided disposable gloves for you to go get food. The buffet can definitely fill you up and leave with a full stomach; however, it won’t be my first choice to eat here.

Got the buffet. Fried chicken was wonderful! Veggies were great too! Server was very sweet and efficient! Yes, it is an old building but I just came to eat and not admire a building. Bathroom was very clean, though!

When I first started selling insurance at working for that company. I used to eat here every week. But now I work from home. I eat here rarely. Today me And my wife stop by. The food was OK. But when you look at the picture I posted. The fish stripped on the right was the one at the buffet the one to the left was brought to us by our server. We asked if we could some fish that was not fried hard, and she brought us back a plate of fish that was perfect. The fish she brought back to us was 500% better than on the buffet. So if you eat here, tip your server an ask if they could bring you back fish the way you like it.

17 dollars a person and boy howdy this place is disgusting. Dollar store frozen food and they can’t even get it up to a safe temperature. The plates were not even clean with caked on food clearly visible. Out of the maybe 15 things the buffet actually offers 8 of them are salad. The rolls are good.

I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE not even my dog……. Food looks as if it was froze and thawed out, desert has absolutely the wrong ingredients and the back of the house cooks looks as if they just shot up. To pay $76 for 5 for this BS was absolutely NOT WORTH $30!!!!!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!
