Hard to believe but this was my first time going to Chili’s and was surprised the options that were on the menu. We had a server, Hailey who knew the menu and what to look at for quality and good prices at the she time. She also made sure that we knew about the special of getting chips w/salsa that was refilled as often as wanted and then help on checking it to get those chips for free. Even a togo bag for chips for later. Had the sirlion with 2 sides and soup to start. All was tasteful and end in a very good meal. Good job getting such great workers and in the end, the price for the dinner was a great deal all together.

Absolutely amazing experience at Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The service Brande provided was hands-down some of the best I’ve had anywhere. She was friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. Our food came out perfectly cooked, hot, and packed with flavor. Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes was delicious, and you can tell the team there really takes pride in what they do. It’s rare these days to find a place where the atmosphere, service, and food are all this good at the same time. This Chili’s completely exceeded expectations. Huge shoutout to the staff for making the whole experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

I ordered a smashburger, it came out raw in the middle. They remade it for me. The second one was very good. BUT it took 45 min for me to get food. Everyone around me were getting their food before me, even the first time. I should have said something, I don’t know why I didn’t. I was by myself, it shouldn’t have taken so long. The waitress was great. But still 45 min!!!!

Ordered the Fajitas, they came out looking like the meat never touched a grill. (Wheres the grill marks) It looked like it was microwaved in a bag. It was gross. Then came time to pay. Another disaster, a computer to pay for the meal at the table that has games. Stupid design flaw chili’s. No need to respond back, because i wont be.

I haven’t been to a chili’s in a long time and never considered it good. Their food quality has definitely improved in the last decade or so, I may go back. We brought about a dozen guys from the office on a weekday lunch, service was better than you would expect.

Decided to pregame at the bar before heading to a concert and the bartender, Dawn, was absolutely amazing! She was fun, attentive, and professional. The girls and I really enjoyed her drink and appetizer suggestions. We will be returning very soon.

Dawn is the model restaurant manager any restaurant should strive to have. She helped us with a goof up on a curbside order, chips and queso to go, order was really messed up, called and spoke to her and she took care of us and handled it gracefully and with care. I appreciate you Dawn !
