Yoshi’s opened its doors in 2001 and has been Utah’s local teriyaki joint ever since. Owner Eddee Johansen has a serious love for creating some of the most delicious food around. Our rice bowls take inspiration from Mexico, Japan, India, and many other parts of the world. Our food trucks are known for the delicious tempura that we serve all over the Utah valley. Nice affordable takeout spot. We ordered on kiosks and our food was brought out to us pretty quickly. We ordered the davinci bento and the Enzo bento. Lots of fresh vegetables, rice, protein, and flavor. Sweet chili sauce was not too spicy, which was perfect for me. Would come here again to try more things!

Oh man, ever since I heard about this place (word of mouth) I’ve loved it. The raging bull bowl is definitely a fav, as well as Godzilla roll. A side I would recommend is tempura Shrimp with teriyaki sauce. That brings me to another entree that tastes amazing is the loaded shrimp bowl. Alright let’s just say their whole menu is amazing. I just wanted to leave you with some of my fav entrees and sides.
Oh yes, that brings me to the cashier who takes my order he is wonderful at his job as well as positive and helpful.

I’ve ordered from here about 5 times (my work likes to order it) and this is the 3rd time it’s made me sick. I don’t normally leave reviews but I really don’t want people getting sick like me.
The food is always at an inappropriate temperature and tastes like it’s been left out. I get stomach cramping and Diarrhea (I have no issues with these foods normally). I know they’re convenient and cheap, but it’s just not worth it.

I’ve been going here with my family for years and its genuinely one of my absolute favorite local places for a quick and delicious meal. However coming in today the walls are now littered with ai art to promote their dishes and I have to say I’m super disappointed in that, and it does change my view of the company and their values, especially being a local company and not willing to support smaller artists who could both benefit from one another.

We have gone to Yoshis for many years.it has had several owners in that time. We ordered take out on Thursday and took it home. The steak was over cooked tough and grisly and they put so much sauce on it that it was literally soaked. A mushy mess. I threw it out. Will never go back

I was bummed out to say the least. I don’t like giving bad reviews. I ordered the simple steak and rice bowl. I also paid $3 for extra meat. I could truly say that this might have been the worst beef I have eaten. Sometimes with these fast food places you never know what kind of meat you’re going to get. This was the type that you can tell it’s precooked and frozen and just heat it up when you get there. The problem with this one is it tasted like it was sitting out for a few hours and reheated. It was as dry as cardboard. Not to mention they put an extreme amount of teriyaki sauce all over my bowl I was hopeful that I could mix it in with the beef and it would maybe saturate it and level it out a little bit but nope. It was too saturated with teriyaki sauce so it was extra sweet almost like a dessert. So imagine an overly saturated teriyaki sauce with a super dry beef.. I’m certain that there’s got to be better choices here for the food My guess is or the teriyaki chicken and as for teriyaki sauce on the side. Unfortunately I probably won’t come back to this place cuz there’s so many other choices around.

I will never eat here again. Our last two orders were messed up. This time we paid for two spicy tuna rolls and were given two California rolls, which is far from a comprable swap both monetarily and taste wise. We tried to call and ask them to rectify this error but no answer. We tipped 20% for less than satisfactory takeout.
