Nice staff. The restaurant itself has bad acoustics, it was busy there and it was hard to hear the people in our group. Felt like we had to talk loudly to hear each other. Food was good we all got breakfast, I had the chocolate chip waffle, I like that they use the mini chips. Server was very nice!

Great atmosphere. I have been going to this specific Waffle House, in Niles, Ohio for a few years and on purpose. The staff is without question a great staff! The food is always very fresh tasting, very delectable and filling. The prices are beyond reasonable. This place is always very clean and again the staff is always very welcoming and nice!

The manager on shift was literally wrapped up in a blanket then came from sitting in the “office” area, did not wash her hands. Touched the RAW SAUSAGE patties then proceeded to cook the rest of the food in the same gloves as she looks either sick or absolutely disgusted of her job!!!!

I used to frequent this place years ago. It was my go to for breakfast and sometimes dinner for myself and kids. The prices have skyrocketed here. Other place’s dishes raised a few dollars, but WH has almost doubled their prices. I ordered the All-star breakfast, cheese n eggs, hash browns, bacon and chocolate chip and PB waffle. The waffle came to me cold, neither the chips or butter would melt. They brought the bacon after I’d eaten half the waffle, then the rest of our food came about 5 minutes later. None of it came out together. The eggs were almost fried, then scrambled up with cheese. So they were not the cheesy eggs I’ve come to know and love. The hash browns were cold, I had cheese and onions added. The cheese was already hard after melting. As much as I love WH breakfast, I miss the love and pride the cooks used to put into the food. It was so much better when it was independently owned and not corporate owned. They really should take more pride in the food and maybe retrain the cooks. The server was a ghost most of our visit, only took our order and brought food as it came out. Never checked if we needed anything.

we didn’t receive our full order we had to ask for our items. Employee conversation was very loud and annoying. Halfway through breakfast, they did dishes in front of us and splashed dirty water
On our food and belongings. We told him about it. They stopped doing dishes. Employees made jokes of the situation But did not offer any discount to make the situation right? Only got to eat half of our meal because of that. Will not be back.

Waffle House has always been our go to place for late night dining! Their foods are always great and prices are relatively inexpensive. And oh not to mention their staff are awesome! Highly recommended!

Use this place as a meeting spot for a friend for the first time. They have terribly watered down coffee, that I waited forever for I even reminded her about needing my coffee. I had a horrible taste in my mouth so I really needed it but I didn’t get it till I got my food. Food was ehh Very tiny menu. We wanted crispy hash browns but got incredibly hard dry hash browns that were gross.

Hair on my food container that looked like the cooks short brown hair, PLASTIC in my grits, literally IN MY GRITS that I was feeding to my toddler.(not the plastic from lid of grits), my 8 year old had plastic in his waffle!!! This was an online order, I had my food delivered to me I left my home to return the food and the atmosphere was terrible. Workers and manger had OPEN SORES ON THEIR FACES ALL OF THEM!!!! I’m sick to my stomach! Manager said I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered online but said food could be remade… I feel so disrespected, and disgusted! 0/10
