This is a beautiful area, our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and explained every dish and every sauce, he was also very kind and helpful. The dessert options were great! My only complaint would be that we sat outside to enjoy the weather and groups of kids were running around through the tables and areas with lots of yelling. Our server was so sweet and apologetic about it. If we would go back I would sit inside. Everything else was great though!

My husband and I tried The Melting Pot for the first time. We were greeted warmly by the host and seated in a nice semi-private section. We went with the 4 Course Dinner option. Our server, David, was professional, knowledgeable, and gave great menu recommendations. The food was well seasoned with plenty of sauce options. And the Chocoholic Martini pairs well with the Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend. Ask for David, he was an awesome server.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this evening and I have to admit it’s been a very long time since I visited the Melting Pot. We had a wonderful experience this evening! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff and taken to our reserved table right away. Our waiter Sanjay was on top of everything throughout our dinner. He answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. Our drinks were never empty and he made sure to make our anniversary a little more special with a dessert plate. I was very impressed with the menu and the presentation of everything. It was a perfect night out, thank you Sanjay and the Melting Pot team! We will see you again soon!

Our server Payton might be young, but he was absolutely on top of it! We found out he had just been promoted to server and was genuinely happy and excited about his new position — and we were only his third table ever. I definitely threw him a few curveballs, but he handled everything with professionalism, confidence, and great knowledge of the menu. His positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out. You can tell he has a bright future ahead. Great experience!

My husband and I come here often, And they never cease to amaze us! Tonight is Valentine’s Day/night, and it’s our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple. And our waiter whose name is: Nick Delahoz!!!! This gentleman went way above and beyond! He’s attentive and created a magical evening for us! First time here, loved it. We did a walk in at 4:00 on Saturday, but would recommend reservations as the place filled up quickly. Our waiter, David, was awesome and patient… there’s a lot to be explained and we had questions. His recommendations were spot on. Also this is tableside service as they prepare your selected cheese dip and then whatever you select as you’re cooking style right at the table. Staff continually stops to check on you. We were there 2.5 hours, but it wasn’t waiting for anything, it’s just a slow meal to be enjoyed. Great wine list, too.

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 of the cheese fondues (Wisconsin and Classic Alpine) and we had a blast! The cheese fondue was superb along with the staff and service. Pricey but worth it!

We were greeted by very friendly hosteses and were seated promptly at our reserved time. We had a very friendly, nice server named Meagan. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Micheal was very pleasant and thanked us for coming. The food was very good. We did the big night out. We were full so had our dessert boxed to go. We would definitely go back.

It was my first experience with fondue, and it wasn’t bad. It was interesting trying different breads, vegetables, and meats all dipped in melted cheese. The only negative for me was the chocolate fondue—I definitely had more sweets than I should have.
