Ordering was cool, after you pay is when it goes downhill. I payed for my order at 12:50 I had two of the new chicken wrap combos with nuggets. I was asked to pull around and wait for my order where another customer was already waiting. He actually had been waiting so long that he got out to get his order. I waited for a while as well and didn’t receive my food until 1:26. The fries were fresh but the chicken on the wrap and the nuggets were cold and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. They were really hard to bite and not because they were over cooked, that’s just how long they were sitting. So I don’t know what the long wait was for. Also the sweet tea that I ordered had big flakes of what look like mold in it. I’m sure the tea container could used some cleaning and sanitizing. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Eat at your own risk!!!!

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. When I mentioned that the menu sign did not match what we were given, the employees became argumentative rather than simply verifying it. I showed them a photo of the sign as proof, and they still claimed I was wrong without properly addressing the issue.
The situation escalated when, during the conversation, they abruptly shut the drive-thru window and attempted to lock it while we were still speaking. The behavior was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. I expect better customer service and hope management takes this seriously.

Food was a very tiny bit overcooked but I arrived very late. I always get great food and service here. It’s one of my favorite places. Carol is fantastic. Always so friendly and helpful. Just her service alone is enough to make it worth coming back.

Spent $5 on a large mashed potato and it was powder. Went through the drive through and it took forever to take our order, 15 plus minutes to get our order and all we ordered were sides! By the way we were the first car in line! The lady at the window was nice but we had to repeat our order multiple times.

I ordered was pulled up 15 minutes later I go in to get my order the lady/manager in drive thru was disgusting.She was yelling at employees talking about somebody getting fired for a mix up asking for a receipt I wasn’t given.Saying somebody didn’t pay she was cussing rude very unprofessional.I strongly advise get rid of her before she ends up in a fight she should never talk to customers or employees the way she does.. I’ll never return to that restaurant EVER.

Worst kfc ever management needs to be fired asap! They have no respect for their food or workers.. and when u complain they catch attitudes like you did not spend you hard earned money.. when I ask for cooperate number you can never get it. Poor for business. I wish I could give them a negative zero..

Spent $20 on the bucket special with some sides. I wasn’t asked if I wanted original or crispy. 2 legs and the 6 thighs and to see all that grease in the bottom of the bucket . ….These cherry poppers have no cherries they are just fried bread.

Disgusting service. Me and five other cars waited over 45 minutes for our orders, from 8:30 PM to 9:19 PM. After the long wait, we were told the correct chicken pieces were not available to complete the bucket and were given items we didn’t order. The restaurant doors were closed at 8:30 PM, and the staff appeared unmotivated and unwilling to help. We even observed an employee taking food to a burgundy Ford Explorer twice while customers were still waiting. This level of service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Got there to pick up my food and nobody was at the counter, then 2 other people got served before me while my food was sitting behind the counter. Staff was rude to people infront of me and I heard shouting and banging of pans in the back. I finally got my food and I was missing items and my side items were only half full. I won’t be coming back to this location.
