I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell location. I was overcharged for my order and, on top of that, did not receive the items I paid for. This feels like false advertising and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that what they order is what they receive—and at the price advertised.

I hope management addresses this issue promptly and ensures accurate pricing and proper fulfillment of orders. Otherwise, this kind of experience will continue to frustrate and alienate loyal customers.

Another trash quality order. The only reason I go here is bc it’s convenient while I’m at work. Two weeks ago, I tried the new chicken stacker. It would’ve been good had it had any chicken in it! It was a salad stacker.

I try again a few days later, bc I’m at work and it’s convenient. Same thing. I even filled out the online complaint form(I’ve only done this one other time in my 40 yrs when I found a wasp in my salad at a different fast food place) No response to date for that complaint.

Today, I order lunch for my coworker and I… TRASH! ordered one each of the creamy avocado lime ranch crispy chicken tacos. We both got one hard, shriveled tender in our tacos!!

The wait time is great, imo, atmosphere is fine, staff is polite and professional (most of them) but the actual food quality leaves much to be desired! I know it’s fast food, and Taco Bell at that, but come on. You gotta do better!

My favorite meal has always been the steak Chelsea combo with a soft taco instead of a hard taco. For some reason aside from customer satisfaction, this location like toasting the chelupa shells. I figure it’s so they will be easier to put together and get out the door. If that’s the case, this is a prime example of quantity being more important to the business than quality.

DO NOT GO HERE!!
The staff is extremely rude, and the so-called manager is the worst of them all. I spent $100 at Taco Bell—yes, $100—and I should’ve known better. After talking to several other customers, I found out I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this person.

My order was completely wrong, and when I asked him to fix it, he said, “I already made it, I’m not fixing it.” Seriously? That’s how a manager talks to paying customers? The service is horrible, the food was wrong, and I didn’t even get what I paid for.

I asked for my money back, and he refused. This location is a complete joke—unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

The girl running the drive thru has a horrible attitude problem. I placed a mobile app order. Pulled up to get the order. She immediately says “we don’t make coffee.” So I said y’all might want to update the app so it’s no longer an option. She proceeds to argue back about it’s not my fault. I never said it was your fault. Then she continued with the attitude at the window. Then there was an item missing and she wanted to dig through my bag to see. This happened on 3/7/2026 around 11:30am.

I have been waiting over 15min for my order that I did online. I went through the drive through, was told to wait in the parking lot, waited over 15 minutes I asked about my order and it seems to forgot about it, luckily the food was still warm. I’m only annoyed about it because I had groceries in the car.

Update, this whole paying cash after you have to put your order in a kiosk is ridiculous. I’m really not sure why I came back and thought it would be smoother than last time, it’s not.
however when you have to put your order in a kiosk and then you have to wait 7 minutes to get someone to notice you stand at the register to take your cash before they can even start your making your order which I feel drags the process on and takes longer for you to get your food. And to make it better while sitting here writing the review my food had finished and they set it on the counter next to the door dash self and didn’t call my name so the person that ordered after got her name call so I asked and they were like o yeah that’s yours.. wonderful.
