Awesome food and stellar service. I love their pizza and their tenderloin is soo good. This location has always exceeded my expectations as far as the service goes. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and even when it’s busy I feel like the wait is never very long. I like the variety of stuff on the tvs so there’s kind of something for everyone. Can’t wait to come back and try some of their other menu items.

The Other Place, what happened to the first place? Just kidding, you don’t need another choice with The Other Place. The service is patient and friendly and the food is delicious. The Moui pizza is amazing. the Dynamite Dip was a bit watery but delicious.

Really like The Other Place. We hit up the one in Shawnee to try to catch the Super Bowl in a sports bar environment. Lots of TVs, but unfortunately, they’re all very small except for a few, and the projector screen gets washed out from the natural light coming in from the windows along with the setting sun. Hard to explain but even after moving twice, we just couldn’t get comfortable enough and decided to go to a friend’s house instead. To be sure, The Other Place is still a great place to watch games, it just wasn’t in the cards for us this time. In general though, the food at all of their locations is usually also very good, especially the pizza. Fried pork tenderloin and fried chicken sandwiches are also among my favorites.

While many times when we go to the Other Place our experience is consistently good, today was nothing but disappointment. From the poor service, cold unseasoned fries and sub that came on the wrong bread we left completely unsatisfied. And our server despite seeing my sub completely disassembled and fries barely touched said nothing. When we make the choice to spend our money out in this economy and we look to a familiar place with consistently good food and we come away with this experience we will think again about coming back or consider rolling the dice at a new place. We always order the same thing so this was not a situation of we tried something new and didn’t like it

Kids and I were in town for a quick doctors appointment and searched for restaurants and this place was highly recommend. We gave it a shot and it did not disappoint. Even though we got “basic” dishes like a salad and pepperoni pizza the food was very tasty. The service was quick and our server was great!

Great place to watch some sports and has plenty of seating if you have a larger group. A lot of different food options to include pizza. Started with onion rings and the plate was huge. Had The Longhorn burger and it was great. You know a burger is really good when you need a stack of napkins to clean your hands and face. Great food and the staff was amazing! Will be back for other options on the menu.

Really great sports bar atmosphere that’s best known for it’s pizza. We went off course by trying out their tenderloin sandwich and shrimp basket. Result…Excellent! Service was outstanding. Menu selection is strong. Sports fans will love the abundance of tv’s with different games on. Handicap access is manageable for wheelchairs to navigate the aisles. Great time! We will be back.

I held an event in the party room today. Our server did a great job with our large group! The food (pizza and combo appetizer platters) was excellent. I would highly recommend The Other Place in Shawnee for events and parties.
