My visit to the IHOP in Aiken, SC exceeded my expectations! The staff is amazing and my particular server, and the cook, were both exceptional! The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The food arrived quickly and was hot, delicious and on point! What more could you ask for?? I can’t wait to to go back and try something different as there is so much to choose from! A+ Experience!!

Got there and was seated after about a minute, but unless you sit at a table that’s attached to the floor the tables are absurdly wobbly. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food that had terrible portion sizes and the flavor was forgettable. The service was okay at best but it was just had a weird atmosphere and extremely annoying music playing. To elaborate on the portion sizes I ordered a pancake combo, it came with two small pancakes what looked like a single scrambled egg and maybe half of a potatoes worth of hash-browns. We ended up leaving early because the atmosphere was too dingy as it just felt damp and there was mold on the ceiling as well as the seats being uncomfortable. Mind you I hadn’t eaten any of the food and I left with a container of what looked like leftovers. In the first picture my hand is used for scale, my hand is slightly above average in size and my palm itself almost covers the entire pancake.

I Placed an order for curbside pick up was supposed to be ready at 11:03am…I waited 20 minutes to finally go inside and when the host walked up I told her I had a curbside order she went to go check the order was still not ready. I went back out to come back in after 10 min and my order was sitting on the counter alone unattended.. I took my order went to check it and how horrible disgusting the eggs were runny, watery and uncooked. The bacon was burnt and the pancakes I was able to eat but later it all came back up.. the only thing that was good was napkins, straw and syrup.. the drink mountain dew was horrible needs to be removed I rather a bottle drink.. I really should have gotten a refund but instead I just want ever return to that establishment.. I was trying to post the pictures but for some reason it won’t upload

We had great food and wonderful experience. Our waitress, Kasey, was attentive and sweet. I had the most steak I’ve ever had in/on my omelette. I couldn’t even eat it all. My don had 2x2x2 and loved it. Establishment was clean. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

Just ate. Food was cold but we were starving and ate it. Hashbrowns were barely cooked. Had to ask twice for toast it came out last and still ice cold and guy left as soon as he placed on table offering no jelly which i needed since was so cold butter wouldnt work.Countryfried steak came out right b4 toast it was barely warm. Gravy was chunky not fully heated and stirred. Food would have been good if all came to table together and warm. Emplyees just seemed barely able to move. No smiles no nothing. Your business could b doing so much better

My husband and I had breakfast here a few days ago and it was really weird. The hostess only acknowledged my husband didn’t even look at me. Maybe I’m over thinking this but it was definitely segregated all the black people had one lady for their waitress and everyone else had the other lady. Our waitress was okay. I had hair in my orange juice, she offered to get me another one but I just had it taken off the check. The food was okay my husband thought his Nashville hot tenders were okay and I liked my pancakes. The omelet wasn’t very good. Would I eat here again probably not. I hope they work on the atmosphere and make it welcoming to all not just certain people.

There was a long queue on a holiday, and it seemed like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. We waited for a while but decided to leave since no one was managing or assisting the guests waiting in line. It would be better if they had someone organizing the waitlist and updating customers about the status of their tables.

Went to get food, just got off work very tired and just looking for a good meal. I came in waited for 10 minutes before someone decided to come talk to me, and the the time is 9:30 after waiting and they come out and say we’re closing 30 minutes early a young African American lady. Never had these issues before.

Waitress was fine. Greeted us as we came in and was attentive and took our order right away. The food was well, pretty bad. I ordered the turkey and stuffing. I’m still not sure if that was turkey on my plate. They forgot the stuffing as well. The mashed potatoes were pretty much soup. The stuffing finally came out and it had been in the microwave 20 minutes too long. It was hard, rubbery, and not worth trying to eat. My wife’s order was prepared wrong so they had to remake it. That happens, but it took another 20-25 minutes for it to come out and they forgot the fries. We waited for her fires and finally decided to just get her food to-go. The kids eggs, bacon, and pancakes were good though. Probably just need to stick to breakfast food at this establishment.

Just decided on breakfast at IHOP. Was going to Cracker Barrel, but the wait was told the wait was 20 minutes. I put my name down. They said they would text and call when ready. We called IHOP. They said there wasn’t a wait. We came to IHOP. Seated right away. Our helper Megan was very nice. Food was as expected for IHOP. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. That is not a bad thing. Consistency in taste is what is expected. It’s been over an hour and still no text or call from Cracker Barrel
As a side note, there was a man bussing tables. I went in the bathroom. Someone was in the stall using the bathroom for a while. I heard the toilet flush. The stall door opened, the man who was bussing tables came out of the stall… WITH IS PLASTIC GLOVES ON THAT HE WORKS WITH. When he came out, he walked straight past the sink to wash his hands and grabbed the door… STILL WITH HUS PLASTIC GLOVES ON.. on the way to service customers again. Although my back was turned, he looked up and saw me looking at him in the mirror. He let go of the door took off his gloves, grab the door again and walked out. DISGUSTING. LOSING TWO STARS FOR THIS
