I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes before getting my food. Once I got home and went to distribute the meals, there was 3 items that were missing from the order, chicken fries, dessert, and chicken nuggets from my childs kids meal that were replaced with jalapeño poppers. I then went to do the survey but was unable to due to the receipt not having the store code listed. Food is always good and I never have a problem with the service, wait time is always long though but I have never had this experience before.

My chicken patty was dark brown and mostly batter, my bread was hard around the edges, the coke machine was mostly carbonated water even after changing out the syrup and running it through, the jalapeño poppers were tiny, and there was a dead bug on the trashcan. My husband said his burger had no flavor and the fries were almost white, due to how much salt was on them, except the few that had no salt at all.

Much better than the MacD down the street. Burger was fresh and fries were fresh and crispy. They didn’t give me any ketchup but otherwise, good service. Double cheeseburger with fries for $5 on the app.

SAFETY!! HAZARD !!! Just left the drive thru, and found out when you order a sweet tea they are no longer using sugar instead they are using a mixture of “HONEY AND LEMONADE” to sweeten it! The comment was we havnt had any complaint so far and we’ve been doing it this way for two weeks since we ran out of sugar! Be VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CITRUS OR HONEY!!

Waited 15 minutes to get waited on. Only 1 other person in side. Placed our order then another person came in and ordered 2o minutes later we still didn’t get our food but the person that ordered after us got his. Then we went and asked for ours. Wasn’t done yet. After another 10 minutes went by before we got ours . They were only filling drive through orders. The people inside working couldn’t keep up .

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches original in 2 4 99. Cheeseburger meals, the cheeseburgers were okay. The chicken sandwiches were absolutely terrible. I don’t know if they overcooked him. But they were like hollow with a sheet of white cardboard inside of it, that was supposed to be chicken, very terrible.I’m gonna try to stay away from burger.King on south greeley highway from now on in cheyenne

This is a smaller location. Good for a quick bite on a road trip. Right next to a gas station and off the highway. Service is okay and sometimes a bit slow. But the food is good. Also kind of nice seating and environment. Parking is adequate.

I’ve been eating at this Burger King for many years and I’ve never had any problems… Until today.. After getting our order all wrong at the drive thru, we went inside to have them fix it.. While waiting for that I went to use the restroom. The kid that was working the drive thru a few minutes earlier was in there at the sink, I did my business then waited for him to finish at the sink so I could wash my hands. When he walked out I could not believe what I was seeing !! I’m just going to let the photos tell the rest, I will say that what you see there is blood and that 6 foot tall 200 pound kid with dark brown hair and acne should not be working there. It seems to be pretty difficult to find 5 star fast food restaurants these days but this BK definitely RULES! I thought I was going to be in a Burger King commercial the way Ryan made my Eggnormous Burrito! He did such a wonderful job I told him he was Employee of the Year in my book and of course asked his name for this review! I don’t really give 5 Stars on my reviews but these guys working this morning deserve it!
