I only go here at night, about 9-10pm but the night staff is always happy and friendly. The food is fresh and made with care. It is so good and the quality is so superior that I don’t like going to other Taco Bells now! They just don’t compare.

Im currently at store three employees two females and one male. The male who is in drive thru was the only person to recognize me first girl saw me i said i she rolled her eyes and walked away. Lady came up to counter asked for a fork! She was ignored. I a door dasher spoke up and asked again for a fork for her the male in drive thru was the person to finally do something. By the way waited ten minutes for a door dasher!

This Taco Bell seems to never be able to get orders right I’m usually not one to complain but this was our third time in the last couple months just getting Taco Bell as we don’t eat it very often and it was messed up each time. I ordered 3 hard tacos the new flaming hot grilled cheese burrito and two baja blast and sauce.
I didn’t get sauce
Didn’t get one of my drinks.
And just got a regular burrito.
And the food was all cold.
I tried calling up there multiple times and no one answered I called 5 times at different times I’ll never go back there the places is ran by teenagers who are rude and also never in uniform. 0/10.
Overall very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience.

Horrible service. They refused to replace the food that was never received and called me a liar saying that his line cook wouldn’t lie. It was supposedly the night manager. What makes it worse is that he said he would replace it because I had the receipt then I got to the window and he changed his mind .

Ordered from this store through door dash. Don’t even pay extra for the sauces ya won’t get them and who forgets a whole quesadilla. Paid for extra toppings on top of both and only got one that was thin

Food is always subpar to other locations in the area, the employees have to be slow because the order is never made correctly and there is hardly any sauce or none at all provided.

I went there today, 5/11/25, and the woman in the drive thru was so kind and efficient. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She deserves to be recognized by her employers. She is just awesome. The food was fresh and well made, and the large complicated order was all correct. I was so impressed, I came here to leave a review…for Taco Bell of all places!

Unless you want to wait in line for over 15 minutes PER CAR, go elsewhere! Oh, and they’ll forget over half of your order every. single. time! Seriously, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen in my life. After dark is literal nonsense as the staff just stand around and chat. Literally had to open a dispute on my cc because they couldn’t even give me my order. If I could give a negative rating—I would. Horrible.
